This is great! Thank you for sharing. I upgraded to business class for a flight from Rome to LAX today after a horrible economy experience on Iberia on the way to Europe. I have only flown business class one other time on Air France many years ago (by mistake lol), so excited to see that our upgrade should bring us a very positive experience today!
You should have a good experience on the A350. I also think ITA has made it a priority to have veteran crews on their longhaul A350 routes. Please report back with how your experience went.
Alitalia and the new ITA will in no doubt be fantastic. I flew Alitalia Business Class from the middle east to Rome and it was the best business class I had ever flown. Beautiful presentation, lovely staff, lovely amenity kit and the best food in the skies. Thank you for your review.
They hit it out the park on my flight. I will try Economy with them at some point in the future.

very good review I like the idea that you show everything I always tell reviewers please show us the menu and also mid flight snacks and drink and snack before meal I really liked it please make one from Rome to LAX but one more thing how was the crew attitude please always include that in the review
Thank you for watching. The crew was excellent. I do try to add my sentiments about the service in my final thoughts which I shouted out the purser for his efforts. I will need to review economy with ITA at some point but if I do another Business Class trip with them it will feature in my Meal Monday’s segment.

Very good video. I’ve friends that complained about the quality of the service was like a low cost airline but through your video looks good only bad id the entertainment system and it doesn’t look confortable the space for the feet
Thank you. Yes the food was very good. I had always heard that about Alitalia. The IFE could use some more options and the footwell tends to be kind of tight on reverse herringbone seats.
Meal looked really spectacular. Seemed even better than AF?😁

Thank you. Yes you can bring your IPAD. You will just need to have what you want to watch on your IPAD already downloaded before you take off.

ITA is like Alitalia a Skyteam alliance member and the flight ✈️ in this video 📹 was probably codesharing with Aerolineas Argentinas 🇦🇷.
Yes but not really earning miles in any other program currently. Except if you can get a DL coded flight operated on ITA.

Actually all ITA Airways aircrafts in the new livery (A319, A320, A330 and A350) have the name of italian athletes :)

I’m very impressed by this airline. I just wish in business class they would have a privacy door.
The doors in Business Class seem to be a trend that is here to stay. For me unless it goes all the way to the ceiling I am fine with these standard seats

Non sono sicuro che questi siano stati acquisiti dagli ordini del Qatar annullati da Airbus. È sicuramente più comodo dei 777 e degli A330

Food looks really good but their drinks menu… considering it’s their premium product, offering just two reds and whites (Italian airline!) and $ 20 sparkling wine instead of real champagne doesn’t seem appropriate for business class.
Well it is Alitalia in spirit and yes while the food was good I can’t say Italian carriers are known for the wine selections either.
how much do you want exactly to drink on a flight ? We italians do not like people throwing up in our planes

@@BrandonJohnson10K I flew on one of the A330 alitalia had. The seats were fine but dirty and showed signs of wear, biggest disappointment was the staff who were arrogant, not welcoming (they skipped me twice when handing out food too) Maybe it was just this flight, I’ll see how the return flight goes.(Btw the a319 they use had the smallest seat I’ve sat on).
@@KS-lx7ng That is disappointing to hear. Curious if they put more senior crew on the routes with the A350 currently. I have been on Alitalia’s A319 in Economy and yes it is tight.
@@BrandonJohnson10K Most likely, hope they switch to newer planes or retrofit the 332’s. Other than than it’s probably the best layover you can have, Rome is incredible.
Food selestion is not that appetizing...too bad.
