This is ITA Airways' new Premium Economy on board of the new Airbus A330-941 Neo. The flight is AZ 611 from New York JFK to Rome Fiumicino Airport. The total flying time is approximately 8 hours.
The A330 is new. It was delivered to ITA Airways in May 2023.
ITA's Premium Economy features a separate cabin which is located between business and economy. There are 24 premium economy seats.
Premium Economy is definitely more expensive than the regular economy class. But it is definitely worth it. You get more space and comfort. In general, the food and service are also better. In my case, I also got access to the Air France Lounge at JFK. I could also use the Sky Priority check-in and boarding.
