The seller doesn't know what tickets are the big winner the one that does know is the distributor he doesn't know what ticket is the winner but he does know what box it's in, boxes are delivered sealed, if there's signs of tempering the merchant can refuse the delivery, and that box is returned and inspected.
Hey I spent 3$ on one dollar$ tickets and hit on almost every one. I would get 3 tickets and win on 2 of them and get 2 more tickets. So my initial investment was 3$ and I walked away with 75$. The trick is always quit while you're ahead

That’s true but you can rake a look at each roll and see the next one or the next few and if there’s that solid white line then you can pick that one or the next couple that are close to it......

@@MsMalina24. Customers in almost every instance CAN NOT see this 'white line' referenced. The tickets are kept in a glass or plexiglass enclosure. That enclosure faces the customers. Each one of the 'cubicles' where the various lottery tickets are kept has a label and a number to let customers know where and what ticket they are purchasing, Those labels prevent the customer from seeing into the 'cubicle' and I might add that even if the customer could see into that 'cubicle,' they can only see maybe 2 inches of tickets that are lying there. You'd have to have X-ray eyes to see through the tickets to spot 'white lines'.

White lines are not always winning scratch offs I’m a big buyer myself and mostly the bottom cornered numbers have a lot to do too like asking the cashier how many tickets they have left and bam buy those numbers for example 018 and or 013 I win on those majority of the time depending on what scratch offs I buy
At the place I work we can’t sell you specific numbers lol. The main purpose of those numbers for us are so we know how many we sold and how many are in stock. We record each of the tickets last 3 digits of the serial number at the end of the night, we can’t take like 4 out and just give you the 5th one haha. But maybe where you go they can. If anyones reading this, please don’t do that. The answer will most likely be no, it’s a major inconvenience if they did do it, and the numbers have absolutely 0 to do with which ones win. If you think it does (like with any lottery “technique”) that’s just confirmation bias. We’ve had whole strips of tickets with no winners and strips where almost every one in a winner. Believe it or not, the lottery is designed to not be transparent on how to win 🤣🤣
