ERA to check my most receptive window for an embryo transfer
LMIT for our partial DQ Alpha match (1st treatment began 2 months prior to transfer)
Plaquenil 200mg (started 5 weeks before transfer and taken for entire pregnancy - prescribed by a hematologist)
Dexamethasone 1.5mg (started day 2 of transfer cycle and began weaning off at 26 weeks - totally off by 29 weeks)
Aspirin 100mg (started on day 2 and stopped at 36 weeks)
Zumenon/Progynova 2mg (estrogen) (1 tablet twice a day, starting on day 2 and stopping at 26 weeks)
Filgrastim/Neupogen injection 300mcg (every 4 days starting on day 2 until 26 weeks)
Naltrexone 4.5mg (helps with NK cells - started day 2 until 26 weeks)
Intralipid infusions 500ml (first was 14 days prior to transfer, then at 4 weeks pregnant, followed by every fortnight until 26 weeks)
IVIG infusions (3 in total - first was 11 days prior to transfer, second just before 5 weeks and third at 8 weeks)
Augmentin antibiotic (started 5 days prior to transfer, 1 tablet twice a day)
Clexane/Lovenox injections 40mg (started 5 days prior to transfer until 26 weeks)
Utrogestan 200mg progesterone pessaries (started with 1 pessary twice a day 5 days prior to transfer, and increased to 2 pessaries twice a day at around 6 weeks due to the on & off bleeding I was experiencing, then started weaning off at 27 weeks, stopping completely at around 30 weeks)
Filgrastim intra-uterine injection 300mg (done by fertility specialist 3 days prior to transfer - helps with implantation)
Tacrolimus 1mg (helps with NK cells - started 2 days prior to transfer, twice a day & stopped at around 5 weeks pregnant)
Had bloods done the day prior to embryo transfer to check progesterone levels - needs to be over 25, mine was 20.6, so added in PIO injections as well as pessaries
PIO injections 2mL (started on the night of embryo transfer and done every 3 days until 26 weeks)
Filgrastim/Neupogen injection 300mg (1 hour prior to embryo transfer)

I also struggled with infertility and finally got my miracle boy who is now 13 yrs old. It is such a surreal thing. You really do cherish every moment. It’s totally crazy too after birth, you just stare at your beautiful baby in awe and it takes awhile to realize this baby, this wonderfully made human being, is yours. It really is so surreal!! I have been a long term subscriber and as someone else who’s struggled for 8 years I’m so happy for you it makes me cry 😭 I just had my miracle 5 months ago after 8 years of infertility and I’m now 2 months pregnant again. 😭

I've been checking your channel to make sure that I hadn't missed an update. I'm so excited for you to hold your baby in your arms! I also suffered through multiple miscarriages and infertility, but fell pregnant at 36 with my now nearly 3rd year old son. I know the feeling of being cautious and hopeful at the same time and constantly worrying about the next stage once you've successfully past the last one. It's extremely hard. I pray that you have the best delivery possible.

congratulations to you both! My little IVF baby is now six months old. I'd liked to have had him naturally but ended up having a caesarian as the induction just wasn't going well. remember - you have a right to ask for a caesarian if at any point you feel that would be the better option. In the end, the birth becomes a distant memory because you will be too busy enjoying motherhood!

I am so excited for you guys! I have been fallowing your journey for a few years now, I have been pregnant 6 times with 3 of the pregnancies being successful.. I can’t help but see sadness in your eyes in this video :( Your eyes don’t match your words. Breathe mama, your almost there. I had ppd after all of my births, please take care of your self after delivery, have a solid support. It will be especially emotional after so many years of trying. Birth Preferences can be tricky. We were also told we had a hard stop date. I was just happy to get her out, but I made a little plan which was ended with: but just planning for a healthy baby and mom! We are open to whatever will get us there.
I then brought several baskets which we filled with chocolates and kept in our room next to the birth plan as well as at nurses stations. My OB said spread the love around the ward! We ultimately DID have complications and we had lots of chocolate fueled goodwill on the ward which helped as we needed lots of support. ❤❤❤❤
