It’s easier just to fix the whole screen and LCD because the LCD still going to have that tweaking issue because the cracks
Lose the sound effects and music. Just put sth chill on background, you threw me off my chair a few times and made me mute the whole thing. A shame, because the video itself it really good.

I did a memorable mistake. I watched this video only after I bought a screen replacement. Now I will have to buy the entire LCD + Digitizer + Screen, because my heat gun will not be enough for this job. Fuck Apple.
Hey how do you know when putting the cutting wire that you are not removing the digitizer. I did the same but remove the digitizer
It is likely that the frame used to "cut" or separate the display from the front glass is tuned to this precise display assembly model's thickness (i.e. iPhone 7/8/SE2/SE3).
That is some serious skills and equipment!

Did the glass replacement already have a polarizer? I didn’t see him add one
No need to replace the polarizer if done this way. I show how to not damage the polarizer so only the frame glass and oca need to be replaced.
