Seeing so many people having the same type of body as me, actually makes me feel so much better about myself
I mean we're all looking for encouragement and we all just wanna be more fit - looking more fit is simply a different goal, one that requires dieting, shorter-term expectations, good genes, etc. My personal goal is to feel and 'look' more fit, but those things take time and it's a different journey for me and others (cuz of the body types we have and other stuff to). And these comments truly are a blessing, I feel like I'm not alone in my journey. I hope this comment made your day a little more interesting!

That’s actually good! You can always have a treat or eat junk food, just make sure you do it in small quantities. If you get a milk shake, get a small not a large. If you eat chips, eat the serving size or half the bag instead of the whole bag.

Everyone has different starting and finishing points it’s okay! Our bodies are all made differently and some of us may see results within a week and some of us may see results in a month, but just remember ANY PROGRESS IS PROGRESS! You should be proud that you even have the motivation and willpower to do these workouts as they are not easy so well done and keep pushing, you’ve got this💞💞

Whenever I get discouraged bc I’m not getting results fast enough, I remember the saying “If you lose the weight fast, you’ll gain it back fast. If you lose the weight slow, you’ll gain it back slow.” I hope this saying will keep you motivated to keep going with it.

omg same! i’m on day 10 and i don’t see a difference at all. The only thing that changed was the fact that i was stronger and that i was a little more toned but you only notice the difference if you see the before pictures

In a month and a half of quarantine I discovered that Chloe in all its content is genuine. She is not ashamed to show pictures of when she is bloated, team queens bloated. He always remarks that it is for HEALTH. Not because of social pressure, instragram, influencers, she does not sell any food products and supplements, nor does she fall into those vlogs of eating disorder, anorexia, bulimia and a constant obsession. She is super relaxed and consistent, thanks Chloe!
i get bloated every meal I eat. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I limit myself to small portions with just lunch and dinner. it doesn't matter the size of the plate, I'm always bloated.....
lia moua it’s not about the size of the plate but it can be about what you eat (somethings you eat make you bloated) and I believe there are some exercises that help you get less bloated 💕

@@maryam-nusa Portions still play a large role. Its always good to eat healthy and eat until your satisfied now less or more. If keep unhealthy food portions small you will still be able to enjoy sweets.

That would have been me. For some reason I do a lot of extra workouts, they make me feel good. I'm so weird.
I only recently started watching her videos- and I honestly love her so much already, like she’s so sweet, kind and supportive- and just always says things that help motivate. I also really loved how she answered the questions, and even put pictures of herself at her best and when she’s bloated, I have honestly never been this motivated to workout, I’m on day 6 of the “2022 get abs challenge” and I’ve managed to push through even those days where I’ve been the most unmotivated. The before and after videos has really been a big motivation for me, as well as what Chloe says in her videos, about how everyone is different, and to not feel unmotivated even if things are hard and you don’t see results immediately, and all that
I love how Chloe is freaking out over the results even though she's the one who created the workout routines, she's so humble. I'm subscribing and definitely trying out her workouts!😂

Up and down planks are so much “easier” with a yoga mat. If you don’t have one maybe try a blanket or pillow just for support
Edit: I know they are still hard but the extra elbow comfort/support does help!
Seriously. I've been thinking about finally ordering one because my elbows are not having it on the carpet and my everything slips on the hardwood floors XD
My issue with them is it kills my mid upper back and left shoulder because I had a nasty injury a few years back in that area. If I don't visit my chiropractor regularly they are like impossible lol. So I give props to whoever can do these. Keep up the good work ladies!❤

Chrysella Candra i put on small pillow to support my elbows when I go down the plank. It works for me as I easily get bruises. But yeah, yoga mat really helps to avoid slipping.

your ab muscles do grow as well though, they're a frail muscle group so they wont really 'bulk' but they do grow in size, which is why some people might get bloated while working out because of water retention in that area so.... the more you know✨

Maybe you're just bloated? Sometimes that can cover up all the ab definition. A fit body is never a destination. It's a journey and a way of life! You need to eat well, rest your body enough and exercise. If you eat well and eat the right foods, one week rest should not spill water on the wonderful progress you've done :) All the best!

Chloe, thank you for a photo of when you bloat. i have gotten so frustrated with myself because i drink water constantly and am eating well, but seem to bloat for no reason. i beat myself up too much for it and idolize those with “perfect” (i.e. just toned & beautiful) bodies like yourself; seeing that it is normal even for you makes me feel so much better. thank you. i’m doing your hourglass challenge and already feel myself getting stronger, you are a true inspiration.

Yo, this doesn’t only just work for girls either. I’m a dude and I decided to try out this challenge during quarantine, worked like a charm. I’ve lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks so far starting from 185 down to 174.6 and counting. This works like a charm no matter what gender age or anything you are. Definitely would recommend!
