Great! Saw them a few times in San Francisco in late '80's / early 90's (?) and both times they were Earth shattering! They are one of the few bands from way back then that I would love to see again. Please, Graeme, kick off a "Verlaines Over America" world tour!
I've always considered this theirbest song, especially when you hear the 45 version and then how it blossomed I to the Bird Dog version. It soars. This live take so many years later is a treasure.
