- You know, in Rainbow Rocks there was a distinct lack of guitar playing from a character shown shredding it up in one of the preview prequel scenes. A few people requested that I do something with this tune so I thought I'd fix the lack of Trixie guitar work :D With my sincerest apologies to Daniel Ingram, Kathleen Barr, Hasbro, DHX, Sethisto and the rest of the worldwide GP&T Fanclub, and all of my subscribers.

Jake Irwin original is sexier, this isn't sexy. It's good though, but doesn't fit trixie as much as the original.

This is kickass, and the way the lead guitar is musically showing off is pure Trixie, very reminiscent of what Rainbow Dash does in "Awesome." That's why their Pony versions eventually get along in the IDW comics -- they totally understand each other's basic senese of life.
I don't even know where to start with this... Everything about this was AWESOME! Please, never stop making music.

Well, after the shred off battle at the music store between Trixie and Rainbow Dash, most people would have expected this version to be her song during The Battle Of The Bands. Instead Miss Lulamoon is doing a jazz version. I like both versions but it seems logical that Trixie would have done a rock version. Even the Rainbooms had a rock song (Awesome as I wanna be) on their playlist.

"cover" just means you're playing a song originally by someone else. as opposed to "original".
also: no, i'm not gonna do any tutorials. they're lots of work, and there's essentially nothing in it for me.

I just wanted to know because if I could get good enough at bass guitar, I could go to learn electric guitar and this is a song I would like to learn. Plus, I am starting a brony club in high school and I was wondering if I could use some of your music to help promote the club. It will be completely non-profit and what money we do get will go to good causes and to help keep the club running. If you say yes, I can guarente you some attention at the least.
