What was your favorite part of this episode of TSM Legends? 👀🔥 A) Spica in a cage B) TO THE MOON!!! C) Wholesome Heart to Heart D) Tristan, The President
I'm not sure how it usually goes in e-sport and with coaches, but i gotta give bjergsen alot of respect on how he takes the time to talk it out with each other in an open setting. In most area's of competitive sports or work you don't see it at all or at the moment when it's already too late.
It's like that with almost every team. But the issue is they dont point out small issues that lose them the game and instead big things like Baron and dragon fights. Not Huni winning lane then throwing it by roaming for no reason.
Man lol I dont care about that. I just wanna see bjergsen stop bullshitting to himself, he plain out said he thinks coaching has more impact on a game and 99 percent of players and coaches would disagree. He is plain out lying to himself. After maybe one or two more year of coaching I see Bjerg stepping onto the stage again. Most annoying part of it would be that bjerg wasted time in his prime.
@@slurp3194 You think 99% of players and coaches would disagree that he can have more of an impact on TSM's gameplay as a coach than as a player? TSM basically didn't have an effective coach for the last 3 years. The difficulties he experienced when micromanaging the team at Worlds, as a result, were the whole reason he made the swap.
This episode was insane. Even just showing Huni and Spica talking about the TP play after game 2 showed the mentality behind the play, something that's usually lost to speculation
really enjoyed this episode and when the team just came together to talk about the issues and try to improve. sometimes thats so hard to do especially on camera and it was so nice to see that
@@stevenarvizu3602 I agree but to me that’s what makes it so organic so real we get to see how real and how hard it is at times to be a pro and a team and how everything is so black and white. Was glad they showed that
The ending was so necessary for me as a fan to see. I could even see the miscommunication from home, so I’m glad to see that it’s being addressed by the team. Bjergsen is doing a great job as a coach.
yeah he is using all his skills and talents to lead the way and call out just bad plays and bad choices! Also has to hit different when you have Bjerg saying your play was weak or bad. Certainly can't say he doesn't know what he is talking about. Bjergsen looks like he has found his cadence! Team looks strong and looks like they can improve too.
@@XiaoOoGwei I hope they don’t bench anyone, there’s still so much potential, huni has been playing out of his mind lately, spica is looking like a top 2 jungler in the league, poe is poe lol, and lost still has plenty room to improve, and swordart just needs to clean it up a bit, but they could well be the best team in NA if they aren’t already
this episode was amazing. This look into Tsm offstage and game preparation was so interesting, and I loved seeing you all talk so openly and honestly about how you felt about week 2. I hope we as an audience will continue to see how our favorite Org operates. #TSMWIN
This is the best episode so far! Please give us more like this! This gives us “fans” more insight and helps relieve the anxiety. “reality show” like videos is a great approach! Thanks so much for making this for us!
@@vladimirgeorgiev637 bjergsen definitely individually has the ability to compete at worlds. His last worlds disappointed me but every world before that he did fine
Best episode for sure, I love getting to see conversations like that where the team sits down to have serious talks. I think the whole idea behind these shows is to give an inside look into how the team is functioning and having the episodes mainly focused on those serious talks is a great way to do it. We already saw the games right? So I think shifting the focus off that is good.
This was a phenomenal episode. It was great to see the post match discussions. Great respect for coaching staff and the players. TSM’s environment is clearly friendly as hell, which shows in their ability to share criticism easier.
I really like that this week's episode is also giving time to show the problems of the team, the fact that they are working to solve it, and the fact that they are still teammates who like/respect each other. The openness and insight is really interesting to watch.
The heart to hearts are actually amazing to watch and see how they all are. I think everyone can agree that we'd love to see more of that kind of content.
This is really good. The single most detrimental thing that can happen to a losing team is that they don't start being honest with each other. I mean for sure feelings will get hurt, and egos will clash, but sometimes it's better to point out even the smallest things that will be a factor in a game. And in the end it's better to spill them out instead of just bottling it in and garnering resentment. It's also good that afterwards the teammates build their relationship and be happy in each other's company.
thank you tsm for making content that really has been reaching fans recently and isnt boring mundane stuff, i personally loved the nice look into the team here and cant wait to see more stuff like this!
The heart to heart must have lasted for hours, look at how much sunlight was out at the start vs the very end in moonlight. This has by far been my favorite episode of TSM Legends ever.
This is a great episode. This helps us as fans understand the individual player's mental state and hopefully we can support and lift them up on social media.
realizing that everyone on this team isn't perfect and building this level of trust between players and staff is really good. hopefully it will let everyone be more comfortable sharing their problems and work on how to not only communicate better as teammates but as friends as well. this team is really passionate and competitive and i can see how some bad games could get in the heads of some of the players. really looking forward to see how the team develops going further
love the wholesome moments from the bois, family. Love TSM, keep this roster, imrpove it long term, TSM has always been a solid strong contender when it comes to play offs. Lets go TSM
As a League player and a Loyal Fan, watching this video help me see more depth into the game and understanding to read the game more, it help me get better in my game aswell!
I think the right balance of talking during the game are, giving essential information, being informative, motifs and planning. It can be taken to a level of art in communication. The same way the military and SWAT teams have developed their own way to communicate efficiently in their field. Ofcourse there are laughs but i'm talking about professional matches (to be the best and win). A team of 5 worse mechanically players can win against a team with 5 better mechanically players by having better communication and teamwork. 2 teams excelling in both those areas would a very good world finals to see.
I think that they should do team building confidence activities. I think they should pick a person per scrim day to make decisions and no matter what have their calls be followed no questions. And then they will figure out who calls the best during certain stages of the game. This will also build trust between players and following play calls as well as communication.
I think certain team comps have different playstyle throught certain stages. Talk about what calls they liked what communication they liked then once you figured out who does what calling work together on things like tps flash timers drag timers etc
You can see bjerg Growing as a coach. This was a great episode. Shows good communication. BUT. I hate when I see them fight for a herald and bring lost from bot and have him missing out on solo XP/gold/plates on bot.
I think it's because the issues that are happening can ruin a team long term... Communication and relationships between the players is a dangerous thing to just let slip especially for a top tier LoL team
Delivery of words is something significant in communication. Kinda not digging how Bjerg said "You can blame me if you want yadda yadda." My point is the word "blame" is something really negative and can affect the atmosphere of a meeting. Same goes with a lot of words. He could've reworded it like "If there's anything you need to address in my coaching, please feel free to do so." In my work, our HR manager told this in my interview for a position I was applying for. There are a lot of words that can be used instead of negative words that can lighten the atmosphere when having coaching/meetings. Don't get me wrong, I can see Bjerg working hard and I'm a TSM fan and I like seeing these episodes where theu show transparency of pre and post game meetings. Just my two cents, people. Have a good day!
idk if my advice is valiable, but I think the team needs a captain so no one question the play. sure, he can make wrong calls but he also unifies the team and makes them 1 unit instead of 5 people shouting things. also might be good to try and review the pov of some of the players...
Honestly the ‘real’ issue is lots of issues. Spica, Huni, and POE all seem to have a different read on what to do and don’t cooperate with each other on messy plays. Swordart and Huni often engage without ensuring follow up. And the objective setup and take is rough in any contested situation.
