Seared Scallops On The Blackstone E-Series Electric Griddle

In this video I cook seared scallops with lemon butter angel hair pasta on the Blackstone e series griddle.

This was good. The pasta reminded me of my grandma, who used to always make leftover fried noodles for us the day after serving us a huge chicken noodle soup.
