Yeah guys...Let's face it, he's probably got $40,000 into his ZR1, including (But not limited to) a nitrous setup, pulleys, exhaust, new wheels, cam, NT05Rs, and even a John Caravaggio interior ($10,000+), I'm sure he doesn't care about replacing a few $800 Michelin Super Sports. Hell if he cared about $800 he shouldn't be at the strip. The clutch alone is $3,000 for the clutch and another 2-3 thousand to install it (Labor). Let's not mention the Rolex the driver is wearing too. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

the street pull didn't seem like an 8sec car so it was not surprising to see 9.78. Still a very nice ride sounds amazing and is obviously fast.... hope he didn't flat spot those fronts from the burnouts on the street lol.

@@2010drive they did come down alot though in 2019 and early-mid 2020. They were in the mid-upper 50k with the ability to find them if you were very patient in the upper 40k and low 50k range. Easily accessible on any given day in the low-mid 60's. Now you have to wait for months to see one pop up for 60-65k 😭

lots of envious haters of vettes posting. why is that? i'm a ford and chevy guy - mostly ford. fact: corvette has won way more road races than ford and mopar. in road racing you're using the entire car - hard acceleration, cornering (braking) and steering. lots of cars can go fast in a straight line but god help you if you have to use brakes and steering. the vette is a much more balanced car simply because it's lighter. i still miss my 2008 c6 vette. love my 65 ford falcon and my 660 hp shelby cobra - bored and stroked out ford 351. out of the box, vettes are simply better than mustangs and mopars. build them for the real track (road racing) and the vette beats both ford and mopar - can't deny history. my tickets stubs to tracks like daytona, road american and watkins glen proves it.
