And when is Kagame closing the border again ? And how much does Rwanda export to Uganda ? $27m from exports to Rwanda , compared to $250m of exports to DRC ....Uganda is better off working with DRC and should instead support DRC in every way to stop rebel activities in that country.

Why are you so against Rwanda! DRC needs to stop the tribalism and realise the only way forward is to have peace and stop trying executing a part of your population. There will never be peace in that country or any country until the rights of all citizens are respected!
