Muhoozi can succeed museveni as his father wishes but will never consolidate power coz Uganda will never be a monarchy,he lacks charisma coz if he believed he had what it takes he would be president today coz his already in his 50s but he thinks his going to be propped up by museveni who is left with very few years on earth,i struggle to see muhoozi's power and influence minus museveni,in museveni's absence i would put Bobi,Besigye,katumba ahead of muhoozi coz his not even the most deserving or most respected army officer
