Was it fully charged? Is it pretty much one charge cycle per tire?
I have never bought something so useful. Every time I use it, I am so glad I bought it.
Same here!
I've bought one for each vehicle about two years ago. It HAS come in handy to top off and maintain tire pressure. I've even had the occasion to recover from a nail in a tire, and it went completely flat. It took about 10 minutes to get to the 33 PSI, then got to the tire shop. It's not the fastest or the absolute best, but it's good for the occasional need.
Agreed
I’m cool with the time. Saves me from falling over myself to find coins under the couch and going to the gas station
This thing would probably take 30+ minutes to fill my big 33s on my truck which need 65 psi
@@Fingerling2012 I bought it. It works well. It takes time but the convenience is great.
@@gtaatmiami You could have gotten a better inflator for less. These things are legit crap. Nothing new here they shouldn't be $80 😂
Just got the fb ad on this and went right to UA-cam for a review and not hype. Thanks for an honest concise review. I’m getting one
Glad it was helpful!
These are amazing, especially in the garage in the winter when pressure changes because of cold temps. I love mine!
Yes they are!
We bought the Worx air pump for each of our vehicles and they are excellent!
Really appreciate your video and detailed demo; will get one now. Just subscribed to your channel too. Thanks so much!
Thanks for the sub!
Good video. I didn’t realize until I saw your video the top bottom also sets (psi, bar, etc).
Thanks for watching!
Love it, so glad I bought one. I’m highly recommending this to all my friends who drives.
Much easier than trips to the gas station.
It's all about money that's why.
Got a new Silverado, the cold air brought the psi down to 31.5 all the way around. The air moto took all 4 tires to 35psi in 15 minutes! Recharged in 30 minutes, I give it a five star!
Boom!
Great video. Short and sweet.
Glad you liked it!
Thanks for the video i order one to carry on my motorcycle.👍
Enjoy it!
Problem is you failed to mention how long it took to air you up to the 40 Psi!
2-3 min. Been awhile now
I prefer a pump that runs off the vehicle battery. I don’t want another battery to keep charged. I keep small compressors in every I own. Compressors that hook up to cigarette lighter, or directly to the battery.
well explained! Thanks
You're welcome!
Ok, for what it’s worth. I just topped off my Chevy S-10 tire. I took it from 35 to 40psi. It took 2.8 mins. It did shutoff automatically. The hose/stem wasn’t hot and I still had 100% battery power.
Air creates heat. Compressed air creates more heat. The process of compressing air in the head generates heat in the compressed air itself. Each time the compressor piston cycles it is pulling in free air molecules from outside of the intake filter, then cramming those same free air molecules together, driving out the pressure valve, into that copper tube, and in the process, forcing them to rub up against each other.
Very good & Muchas gracias👍
You're welcome!
what is the difference between themodes, what is different from the bike mode to th car mode?
You mentioned letting it cool. For how long? Also, how often did you have to charge? And how long did it take to fully charge from empty? Thanks! Great video!
I let it sit for 10 min or so and it's good again. Charging again depends on how much you're filling up. It'll last for quite some time, usually 2 hours of fill time I'd say? Fully charge from empty less than 5 min.
I was interested in something like this b/c every year when when Temperatures drop my car tires lose psi. Maybe I will stick to the good old air compressor!
It's good for topping off!
Good review ,Sir. How can we connect with you if we wanna get our product reviewed
Only for small things works great. I tried 1 truck tired 5 lbs low. Puped it up then turned red to have to recharge after 5 minutes.
Thanks for sharing
Can you charge while in use?
Good video, but why not let people know how long it took to get to get to 40psi?🤔
Would have been boring to watch. I'd say around 2-3 min or so.
It takes 2 business days on a truck tire.
I was thinking the same think! How long did it take and it killed the battery with one tire..? Lol
Because they didn’t want you to know it took like 2 hours.
@@Sky_god1😅😅😅
Great review! Do you think it would able to do my work truck tires that need to be inflated to 65 psi?
From 0 to 65 - maybe but that would be asking a lot. If you want to continue to top them off though, i think it would be good.
@@trf.product.reviews I bought this using your affiliate link and it just got delivered today. It's a great little unit and you did a great job reviewing it! I now see what you mean about how warm it gets! Especially the metal connectors on either end of the air hose. The battery dies after each tire and needs recharging, but that's not a deal-breaker for me, it's expected because of how compact it is
I would think not. Most gas stations just release the air out of my tire. I have to go to tire centers. Curious though if it would work
@@theonemodifier it does work just like this video shows, as for the longevity of the product, only time will tell!
I have something similiar I'm having confusion using. Did you attach this to your tire with a long slim black attachment? Mine says to use that and theres no screwing onto the valve stem, but the connection doesnt seem good. Or did you connect the tube coming out of the device directly to tire, with no attachment? I had mine connected for a couple minutes and I cant even get a psi reading, its set for 35 but just keeps showing random numbers up and down while its running. My manual stick gauge I keep checking with says 25 psi, as if the device isnt getting any air into the tire.
I always attach the tube to the device and then the other end of the tube to hat I'm filling up.
You should also have mentioned a couple other things:
1. Does it come with a quick release or do you have to screw the end of the hose onto the valve stem? If it’s the screw type you will lose air while unscrewing it.
2. What is the maximum continuous use time? Those miniature compressors do get hot (as you mentioned) but most will include a disclaimer that reads something akin to not be used more than 5 or 6 minutes continuously or may overheat and seize the compressor.
Do your research folks. Good for emergency use….
1) Have to screw it in, you do not lose air while unscrewing.
2) I am not sure to be honest. I filled a bike from nothing and had no problem, but not sure how long it could go.
So did this one tire fill eat up all the charge? Or had you used it prior to filling the tire?
It was used prior for sure. Definitely needed a recharge before I started.
did it took a day to pump 40psi?
How long does it take to fill a car tire? And does it come with a plug for a standard outlet for charging or just that usb charger? Can you fill all four car tires on one charge?
I have never filled a car tire from flat, just top-off's. That takes a couple minutes usually.
Just USB, but charges pretty quick.
You may be able to top them off, but not fully fill. Depends how low they are.
Thanks for the review. Can you inflate all 4 tires on one charge?
Topping off, maybe. Depends how empty they are.
No. Its even advertised to only handle 3 lol
I have had my Airmoto for about 5 years and it has been great! However it no longer holds a charge and will need to be replaced.
I purchased this a few months ago and it works great for airing up my tires. However, my grandchild wanted me to blow up one of her toys and I found out that NONE of the other attachments work with it!!! I can't screw them in. Am I missing something? I notice you did not demonstrate any of the attachments.
Eventually the battery will go bad. So couple questions, do you know if it is replaceable? And two, could you run it off AC using the charging cord?
I do not think it's replaceable, but ours is still going strong. For charging from the AC, if you found an adapter I think you could but it's not made with that in mind.
I think everyone on here is asking basically the same question but you're not answering in a straightforward manner. They are asking how long it took YOU to fill YOUR tire. We all saw it about 7.5 lbs low but we only got to watch you put in a couple lbs. How long did it take YOU to fill it to the 40 lb shut off. Also, it appeared to me as though the unit was low of charge at the beginning. I know the charge is dependent on how much it is used and how long it sat after it was charged but I'd be curious if this unit would need charged again after only supplying 7 1/2-8 lbs of pressure.
Probably 2-3 minutes for the bike tire to refill.
"PROBABLY" ? "2-3" MINUTES?? You don't know? I'd guess you were given this "thing" to review and "had" to give it a decent review in order to keep it or whatever.. Prove me wrong.@@trf.product.reviews
@@GreyRockOnestop crying and buy something else
could I use it on a Semi by airing tires on my truck and trailer?
Top off, sure. From a flat to full? That would be a hard ask.
How long does it take to inflate a completely flat car tire?
I've never done that, but also don't advise it. This device is better to top-off a tire with a leak, not a completely flat tire.
Why does it get hot? Because when air is compressed, it generates heat.
how long did it take to get to 40psi from 32?
I'd say 3-4 min
how much po smart tire
I want to preset for my car which is 32. However I can't get the preset of 32, it goes to 4.4 and quits. What am I doing wrong?
Maybe a bad unit? Or you didn't change the unit of measurement
How long did it take to unbox? I'm very busy
2 minutes.
How many tires can it inflate before it needs to charge up again? I assume that depends on how low one is?
Yes, and assuming you mean bike tires I think many. Only takes a few minutes.
@@trf.product.reviewswhy would you assume bike tires? I believe most people want a device like this for their car! Does it have a 12v connection that can plug into the car if the battery is out of juice?
My thought, since it uses a USB charger like your phone, could a person hypothetically recharge with their car charging port and use this unit again?
They advertise 3. I see less than that. Theres better options available which are even cheaper. Either go with a cigatette lighter plug in or a 12v detachable battery one. They are superior and cost less than this junk lol
Do you know what size air hose it comes with?
3/4 inch. Some folks are running impact drivers off of it.
looks like there is a light on it. how do you turn on and off the light?
Is there one? No idea, never used it if there is.
Press and hold the U button for the LED light
How long does it take to charge
3-4 hour from a dead battery
But you don’t say how long it take to fill up ?7 minutes-10 minutes?
Depends on how much air it needs. For a bike tire - 3-5 min
My 2015 Elantra came with an air pump I just plug it to the car lighter and off I go😂
So how long did it takes to inflate the tire?🤔
Depends how much inflating is needed.
How long did it take you to add the 7 or 8 lbs of pressure?
It looks like it has plastic hose to tire fittings. I’d feel better if they were steel. Thanks for the review.
Great point!
How long did it take???
Depends on how empty it is
How long does a charge last?
Depends how mush you stress the battery, but I'd say in most cases probably 20-30 min fill time
Does it stop at 40 By itself ?
You set the desired full pressure so yes, it can. Or higher/lower if you want.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE!!??
Check comments
@@trf.product.reviews Dude, you should have just answered the question because that was a glaring omission that made me think that you were possibly paid for your opinion. You didn't think that the main thing people who watched your video would want to know how long it took and then when somebody asked you how long it took, you refer them other comments???? Really thought bruh.
Did you top up all four tires on one charge? I wouldn't keep this lithium battery, made in china gizmo inside my garage, let alone in the glove compartment. Were you given this for free or paid to do this video?
No, i use it mostly for bike tires though it could top off car tires. We keep it in the garage and it's doing fine. We bought this and reviewed it, wish we were paid though.
Does it go above 40psi
Yep!
When they say let it sit for a minute and let it cool down that doesn't mean you have to leave it attached to the device tire or ball that you have just pumped.
Play remove the device from the item you pumped, and let the device sit for a while.
Polaris you thought that you had to let it sit and not release from the ball retire, that's beyond hilarious actually.
and you can plug it into your cars USB port and charge it in your car , so you'll always have it .
You should have let all the air out of the tire, and then let us know how long it takes to fill a flat tire up .
I don''t think I'd use it for that. I'd use it to top off.
Or just let us know how long it took for what he did
@@trf.product.reviewscan you find and review one that is good for flat yo full? Thinking of Christmas presents. Dont want them having false confidence that this would air a flat. Can you review one for that?
Can it only do one tire before it dies?
Depends how much air is needed. I didn't test it on multiple at a time though
yes..I just used it for the first time..A joke for car tires.
So how long did it take to get the 8 pounds you needed and wasn’t fully charged those kinds of things would’ve been really helpful but good video otherwise
I’d say about 2 min
Mines doesn’t stop when it hits the psi I set it for.. 😡
Let it run for a bit after, it wants to fully inflate to the PSI.
If the machine were as good as the video, they’d have something.
Audio sounds like you're underwater.
At what part?
Audio isn't great, but it was just on the phone.
After watching this video and reading some of the comments, you come off like you were paid for your opinion. If it only took 3 or 4 minutes to inflate from 32 PSI to 40 PSI then why didn't you say that in your video. I am sure that is one of the main reasons why we bothered to watch. I think it wasn't cool of you, after being asked how long it took, that you referred viewers to the other comments, DUDE YOU WERE THE ONE WHO LEFT OUT AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT WE ARE INTERESTED IN NOW YOU'RE ACTING LIKE YOUR TIRED OF US ASKING HOW LONG IT TOOK,! Really thought dude!
I don't understand the need to buy this. I have a compact tire store compressor for my big truck tires. If you have a car, you have a12 volt socket.
Smaller and easier to handle for most. I prefer this over my compressor.
This inflator worked great for the first three months. I was able to fill my car, mini van and motorcycle tires with no issues. Now, it’s only capable of filling my bicycle tires. Not worth the money. No long term reliability. Took about $100 hit, including case. I really can’t use it for the reason I bought it for. I do not recommend this product.
I know joe biden uses one regular ly and says it really keeps him going. If it's good enough for him, should be good enough for Harris, but only makes her cackle more. I will def buy one ... today. Thanks for a great review and don 't mind my jokes. I'm kinda upset with our economy and being lied to!

1 tire and the battery is out?....no thanks!
A full car tire from zero to full* is a pretty good fill time.
But you didn’t go from zero. You started at 31, so it ran out after 9 lbs.
If TRF can't answer simple questions specifically...its a scam.
What exactly are we scamming?
Okay if you started and you didn't say if you had, started with that fully charged and got the tire to go from whatever it was up to 40 lb, that's horrible.
If you can't do at least 20 tires on a full charge, it's absolutely useless.
Can't do a full tire from near zero to fall add three more tires as well as the spare, on a full charge, then it's a piece of crap.
Full CAR tire from zero. Bike would be fine.
Not good! I got a flat tire at the mall, used this device for 45 minutes and the tire kept deflating. This is more geared for bicycles and pool toys than a car.
It says on the sticker on the device you shouldn't use it continuously for more than 10 mins straight!
It also advises the user to take a break for 5 mins .
To power on before connecting the inflation tube for real - time pressure detection.
It’s overheating because it’s being over worked
Yea, more for topping off and not a full inflate. A bike tire would be fine, but a car tire would be too much.
It absolutely is for car tires it's advertised that way.
Yes, it can be used on car tires but not to fully inflate. Would be better for top off in those cases or emergency air. I don't believe it's strong enough to inflate a car tire from nothing to full PSI.
BBB gave the company an F.
I wonder if they tested the product though.
So basically it's an all day affair airing up all your car tires. What a pos
I wouldn't use it to fill up all car tires. Only to top them off.
Well the Airmoto will only fill basically 1 tire and then it’s out of power. Then the charging never goes into the green, it’s always on red. Even after you charge it for three days it’s still on red..hmmmmI won’t buy it again!!!!
I've never filled a tire from nothing to fully inflated. For me, it's always been topping off what's already there.
Had the same problem. Could not fill a flat tire to 35 psi. Save it for our beach balls.
It's a POS device but he can't say that due to his obligation to "review" it..
I have no obligation to review it. They didn't pay me anything, we bought it. I like it though.
So much friggin talking ! "It's gonna put air into the tire" Really?? Shut up dude!!
Inflator is CRAP, Save Your Money & buy a REAL Tire Inflator.
Will inflate a blow up doll ? I didn't see blow up doll mode indicator.
Careful with the amount of pressure you put in. Too much and it may pop!
I could see using that in a emergency situation, but I’m gonna sit in my car for 10 minutes in the fucking winter to wait for my tire to fill up I can do it in 30 seconds at the gas station
Do you have a garage?
I don’t know how my garage is going to help me I’m stuck at a store
