Sorry for that. Yes some of the first videos have these flaws now I try to reassure that what I need is in frame.. although it happens even now so my huge respect to UA-camrs with good quality videos I still have something to learn from them :))

how to replace original 3 legs rotary encoder to newer one 6 legs?
That's the case with encoders difficult to find exact replacement.. I would suggest either to clean it or look for a similar replacement..
