  • To paste into the actual HP Prime, use the HP Connectivity Kit.
I did it this way: I connected my HP Prime to the laptop with the USB cable that comes with the machine. Then I opened the HP Emulator. Last, I opened the HP Connectivity Kit. Both the emulator and the calculator appeared there, I just copied from the memory of one into the memory of the other with the mouse, copy and paste.

Your videos on both the 50g, the Prime and your EE are fantastic.
I had a question regarding the Prime. Have you programmed in it using Python, and if so are there any advantages to it over using the native language?
    Thank you…

Yes, if your computations are already on the screen and you want to save it for future reference or recycling. Go SHIFT MEM, choose BACKUP/NEW ENTER and your current calculator memory has been dumped into a file wiht the name that you saw after you pressed NEW.
Days later, when you want to bring back the calculator to the state that it was when you saved the backup, just type restore("").
If my backup file was 2023f, then I just type restore("2023f"). Press ESC and you are back where you were days ago, when you created the back up.
