fun fact: if you use the drying rack with pupa hide , you can get the leather with 1 hide. same with berries.
Is that the jerky rack because I’m pretty new but that would be really helpful for me

Hi Cade infected insects are a weird difference when it comes to elemental weaknesses all infected are weak to fresh no matter what there normal counterparts elemental weakness is also pupa leather is like berry leather if you hang them on drying racks you don’t have to spend 5 pupas to get one leather so if you put one pupa on the rack you’ll get one back and this is for if you go into the pond get the gill tube it’s a life saver
if you want to save 14 hours of gathering pupa leather, try hanging the pupa stuff on a jerky rack, they wll give you 1 for 1!!

I know this is an older video but I was curious if you have a breakdown video of best way to get to the stages you are at in current game? I am getting along thanks to videos like yours but it’s been a learning curve which is super fun, just not sure what I should prioritize spending science points and resources upgrading etc keep it up!
A good weapon can go a very long way - that and just getting the "parry master" mutation. Parrying in this game is by far the most helpful tool out of anything when fighting, if you don't care about spoilers either you could also find a couple of the new badges + recipes for better gear and make a few "i'll prolly die" runs to get to them early

You should try and kill the catfish in one of the ponds
Maybe try not playing on mild difficulty? That infected wolf spider should be a challenge, not something you just sponge the damage and wail away. You've literally missed the best part if this game if your on easy mode.
Btw you will have to feed your pet and pet it to keep it happy if you dont do this it will get to sad and leave you also the pets give you a buff idk what weevil gives you but aphids reduces stamina cost also are gonna want a house for it so you can tell if it is sad
imcade if you didnt know You can get 5 free twinkling shells from the backpack near the woodpile. It's directly below the leaf that's up top.
Idea: Before next update....make a Zipline highway
Near the milk molar, where you blew up the rock, I'm pretty sure in that crack will be a hidden backpack with 5 Twinkling Shells in it. Yup, The shells you get from the scarab. Correct me if I'm wrong tho.

Go to the termite home and eventualy you can find a backpack that has 5tvininkling sells
Should of kept the Insect hammer 🔨 cuz that and black ox hammer does the same 4 hits to break the candy into shards. And to repair it you need there horn which is very rare drop and there only 2 black Ox on the map.
Use a mint mace to fight infection
you will have a boss fight with a frog near that pool
When i on thumb see that sword in your hands it reminds me of yorichis red sword for some reason
There a hidden backpack with 5 of the scarab parts tucked in a corner at the woodpile outside you can find a video to see the location or you could use the scanner
