I think he was carrying JJ’s heavily drugged body upstairs. I don’t think he was actually dead yet. Based on the way they found JJ buried with the plastic bag taped around his poor little head, I think once he was heavily drugged & passed out, Alex came back & helped tape bag around his head to suffocate him 😭😭😭 and then prob carried him back down and out in the witching hours 😡
I think Alex carried a drugged JJ up stairs And then maybe carried him out again once Warwick and gibb went to bed . We know the cause of death. And the marks on JJs body.
Huh funny how none of these so called people who can see beyond the veil NO ONE seen the sad and horrific deaths of so many people oh not even Chad or Lori
Don't you mean why "DO" they live separately? I don't think anyone knows except gibb and her husband. I can't think of a good reason why a husband and wife would choose to live separately They slept in separate rooms at Lori Vallows the night of the podcast also the night David is testifying about and also the last night JJ was seen alive.
They were not married the weekend in question at Lori's in Sept 2019. So they would not be sleeping together. I like David & I think 🤔 this whole thing makes him angry & I hear has effected his health. Melanie is another subject > I think she is manipulative just as bad as Lori. So there could be many things Melanie didn't tell David for many reasons. He was just being used, by all of them. Praying they leave this man alone, soon.
Why is he asking so many question and other lawyer doesn’t object when he asks what Melanie G does, or speaks. Melanie was in court and prior should have asked her.
I agree. But I don’t think it damages his credibility too much where it counts, bc it’s not like his memory issues cause him to make up events… it seems like he remembers legit things with details,, but not always the proper dates, and needs more of a memory refresher sometimes than other people.
Prior is acting like an email address is a full religion. Wth? Someone makes up a cute email address to share info with friends, and Prior is calling it a group, a religion. Why?? Why is he dwelling on that??
Prior isn't stupid. his client is. the 7 gatherers is significant. there's more info coming out about it from Megan Connor soon. Megan is Lori's cousin and has a channel, she shares some insights into the case from a family member perspective and she also does research into FOIA docs, etc.

warwick isn't a classically mormon guy at all. he was in it up to his eyeballs with all the visions and energy work and all of this.
visions of glory the cult takes ideas form mormonism and ideas from new agey type stuff and mixes it all together.
he was at all of these fireside's, hosted podcasts, taught about his visions of war were coming true, he worked with chad. he worked with melanie G on this stuff. he may be a member of the church of the first born, he totally knows what the 7 gatherers is.
Gibb and Warwick both perjured themselves and i think prior may be right that they got married so neither could testify against the other. it makes sense.
I thick Chucky is thinking of punishing the witnesses jn his manic mind.
Oh yeah he’s turning up the pain.
😂
And the point of this witness is?
Judge Boyce I’m sorry but Mr Prior needs help…. Bcuz he gets so angry he blacks out…. Not literally but he needs to be in a hospital setting…
This is some crazy crazy stuff. David and Melanie are so weird and odd. They have to be more involved than they are letting on.
Melanie Gibb is guilty as hell. She needs to be charged
Do you think this is why they are separated ?
Cult people are like that. Religious crap.
I think Gibb was all in, until her name was given to police & she didn’t want to take the fall. David Warwick, I truly don’t think he was in on anything. He seemed skeptical of the whole thing, hence why Lori & Chad didn’t like him.
@@brandybiscoff9685 I'm with you, I don't think David bought any of this crap. Melanie is being scapegoated by Pryor. Lori tried to pull her in and I think she was prone to fall for this fantasy religious crap. However I don't think she part of any of these murderers.
Do you all believe that Alex was carrying JJ's 'lifeless' body upstairs?
I think he was carrying JJ’s heavily drugged body upstairs. I don’t think he was actually dead yet. Based on the way they found JJ buried with the plastic bag taped around his poor little head, I think once he was heavily drugged & passed out, Alex came back & helped tape bag around his head to suffocate him 😭😭😭 and then prob carried him back down and out in the witching hours 😡
I think Alex carried a drugged JJ up stairs
And then maybe carried him out again once Warwick and gibb went to bed .
We know the cause of death.
And the marks on JJs body.
@@brandybiscoff9685that's so creepy
This should be good.😮
They need to get Warwick off the stand. Who decided that putting Warwick on the stand was a good idea.
Right?? Agree this is bad
He is either stupid, lying or both!
He has been great and insightful... this is a serious court case... not an episode on Netflix.
Huh funny how none of these so called people who can see beyond the veil NO ONE seen the sad and horrific deaths of so many people oh not even Chad or Lori
I like this guy. A down to earth sort of person who I could believe. Not so “out there” or a slick talker.
Why don't melanie gibb and her husband live separately.
Don't you mean why "DO" they live separately?
I don't think anyone knows except gibb and her husband. I can't think of a good reason why a husband and wife would choose to live separately
They slept in separate rooms at Lori Vallows the night of the podcast also the night David is testifying about and also the last night JJ was seen alive.
Didn’t Melanie Gibb try to shoot Brandon, who was her niece’s husband or possibly ex?
You might need to review what Melanie said about where those two slept. My recollection is they did end up in the same room that Fri night.
@maxhill5197 yes that's right
They were not married the weekend in question at Lori's in Sept 2019.
He’s not a great witness…
These folks are SO OFF from the mainstream teachings within the LDS doctrine.
Very interesting.
This guy and MG I think know a lot more then they are saying
At least she sure does!
Pretty sure the only reason Pryor keeps objecting is to disrupt the prosecutor's rhythm.
Why is he asking so many question and other lawyer doesn’t object when he asks what Melanie G does, or speaks. Melanie was in court and prior should have asked her.
Keep in mind the gramother has pics of JJ and this was his normal behavior due to his autism behaviors
Every one of you people involved is just as sick.
As Chad and Laurie and you should all be in jail
Yes him and Melanie knew something was up with JJ and I wouldn't of left until they showed me him
What does the seven gathers mean?
1:19:50 Seems like Warwick has memory issues which compromise his testimony.
I agree. But I don’t think it damages his credibility too much where it counts, bc it’s not like his memory issues cause him to make up events… it seems like he remembers legit things with details,, but not always the proper dates, and needs more of a memory refresher sometimes than other people.
His knuckles are red as a beet
Listening to the witness speak is like watching paint dry. I’m sure he is a decent person that was being used by Lori and Chad.
I’m skipping this because of his voice I will just get a review somewhere else
He still believes 144,000 people need to be gathered... for WHAT?!?
The one 144,000.
Anyone else find it finally odd that two newly married people don’t live together? Those two know more…
Ok!
Prior is acting like an email address is a full religion. Wth? Someone makes up a cute email address to share info with friends, and Prior is calling it a group, a religion. Why?? Why is he dwelling on that??
Prior is stupid if he expects anyone to remember an e-mail address from years ago - especially one that someone else devised.
Prior isn't stupid. his client is.
the 7 gatherers is significant. there's more info coming out about it from Megan Connor soon. Megan is Lori's cousin and has a channel, she shares some insights into the case from a family member perspective and she also does research into FOIA docs, etc.
I think this guy and wife were getting coerced into this chads crazy ideas, and he was very hesitant to throw his fellow super great religious guy under the bus as well. Mormon guys are in the big club, and others are not, they stick together like crazy, even if they know the other guy is doing wrong, its a brotherhood.
Yes, because it's all based on freemasonry.
This is a very bad man, and married to Melanie Gibb.
Don't be ridiculous.
The sate is doing very good
Is Chad Dayblells attorney hired by the court or Chad Daybell himself?
Hired by Chad.
Damn is David Warwick absent minded
Omg how does this man run a successful contract business
Damn the prosecutor is attempting to resurrect the witness David Alzheimer’s Warwick
He's a liar.
25:20 lot's of people saying this 144 thousand? Can someone please explain ?
41:57 Why was this guy asking to see JJ when he’d made it clear earlier that there was minimal if any communication between himself and JJ?
Jj sometimes wouldn't speak...but he still tried to hang out with him. He also has a special needs child..so he felt familiar withhim.
Not only that but I think he knows something was up with JJ either from the nightmare or maybe he heard something When he was lightly sleeping he felt something was up@@joncrane7661
59:08 guys trying to help you out! Ĵeeze what a frgin psycho
I cannot stand Melanie gibbs husband voice! it is too creepy and slow and gross sounding
He is asking about vibrations, but it is actually called "Energy". A lot of Mormons do Reiki mixed with Mormonism.
The whole Salem witchhunt and collective psychosis and delusion comes to my mind!! 👈👈👈
Anyhow, he is a bad witness.. His answers were all over the place. Kinda weird. Melanie and her hubbie know more than they say.
It's possible, but did you hear her testimony? She was really torn up about Chad and Lori's perversion of her lifelong religion.
@@frelnc I agree. Yet I think they both got pulled into the frenzy and delusion at first, just as is common with cults, and later realized what actually happened. They were manipulated and brainwashed.
Cant believe this turned out to be Melonie husband. I expected for some reason he was some good looking stud. Im disappointed Meloni and he kisses Chads Arse like omg leave him for real.
Why would u think he would be a stud I didn't get them vibes at all.are u thinking of the other melanie not gibb
Chad DIGBELL is DIGGING his own grave not long to go now grave digger .
😊
His testimony was painful. I don't know if it's nerves. But what the hell was he doing.
Pryor is both ignorant and arrogant.
Prior is doing a pretty good job actually. Iv been working inside courtrooms for 20 years now, and he's definitely holding his own. Chad is going to jail, we all know that, but his counsel is doing a pretty good job of the dogs breakfast hes got to work woth. We may not like him, because hes Chad's lawyer, but he's a good lawyer.
@@Mrs.AD0099that's good !
@xyz12345457 what quiet shy man are you referring to?
@xyz12345457 if you you are talking about Mr Warwick bring shy and quiet so therefore we should not say anything about him.
Just remember that Chad Daybell was quiet and shy and meek abd look what he ended up doing.
