I bought a DB2 doorbell and unfortunately the bell fell by mistake on the ground, result: broken camera glass and camera became blurry so not work . I contacted the seller and told me that he does not cover the broken!!
even the repair there is no spare part.. I contacted EZVIZ support and they said the same thing.
I'm looking for the camera module to replace it and I don't have a reference or serial number. if you can help me find it on the net. THANKS

No problem! Havent tested the eufy so can't give any detailed comparisons between the 2

it has a continuous live feed but its designed for wireless so does not do continuous recording, only when there is movement
i thought you said at the start of the video that you show wiring it into the mains , but i did not see this being done
Apologies some confusion there, it can support a wired doorbell chime, not wired power

Can I put the usb charger 24/7 as I don't want the doorbell to be removed all the time for charging. And if I do will it function normally.
yes you could do that, but i'd be worried about people taking my powerbank, or if onto the mains i'd be worried about water
I think you forgot to show some functionalities... What about night vision? Does it have?

Hi, thank you for your review about the Ezviz DB2👌 I have the Ezviz Doorbell DB2 since a few months but after a rainy day I have blurred/cloudy pictures now 😬 Do you know what to do about that? Kind regards, Patricia
Will it not remove from cleaning? if not i would contact EZViz as its IP65 so should not be damaged by the rain!
@@tttechnology No unfortunately it doesn't go away after gently drying and cleaning the doorbell. I contacted Ezviz and they said I had to dry it with a hairdryer and if it doesn't help, I should contact them again which I did a few hours ago with a screenshot from the view of the camera right now :-S Hope they can help me with it. Thank you for your reaction 🙂🙏

It wouldn't be good for 24/7 and I don't think it's an option . For 24/7 you'll want wired power instead of battery
it makes more sense to rplace your doorbell that is wired to one that is also wired or you have 2 doorbells......duhhhh

Hi! if you were to answer the door and have a conversation for a few minutes, would it record both video and audio, and would it be easy to save that particular video down to your phone afterwards ?

Can it connect to alexa echo show? When it pressed can it show automatically on echo show and talk it back?
