Welcome to our first WIG CHAT of the new year! We are taking a deep dive into this cute Jon Renau style called Idalia in the color Palm Springs Blonde. This Wig Chat was made possible by Wigs By Pattis Pearls. I am deeply grateful for them and their generosity and kindness. This is a fresh out of the box first impression. I will do some styling ideas for this fun, sassy style too!

Hi Jill, such a cute style. I can’t believe how similar this is to Ignite. I totally agree with you; the shorter wigs are so much fun to style . I just love all the hair accessories you can use with these styles. You are incredibly helpful for people who are newer to wigs . I hope you are having a great day. 💜💜💜
Thank you so much! Oh yes...it is very similar to Ignite. There are some slight difference...the main being it is not heat friendly like Ignite, which is a bummer (I am one of those that prefers HF fibers for their realism)

I learned from you! I do the ponytail (little tiny clear bands) use the clips you use and the exact wig grip! lol
I do one other thing … to make sure my wig is very secure … I also use hair pins ( used for French Rolls)
I saw this on another show where a guy was securing the wig for stage … it just gives me this extra security!

Yes, traditional wig grips are wide, fold over on itself & velcro add even more bulk! 😒😉

I was just watching one of your makeup video's, and you seemed familiar, but it wasn't until you put the wig at the end, that the light bulb went on. I have the ignite, and I have recently purchased the Idalia for my sisters wedding.
Jill you are the wig pro! It amazes me when you first put the wig on and then when you finish styling it!! Like just adding the head band made this wig super cute!! So informative!

You should also look into diy skin and anti aging UA-cam. It’s a wonderful learning experience with a lot of studying to implement our own procedures instead of paying 600,and up for fillers Botox fat dissolve . Skin tightening plumping bio stimulators and you can pamper yourself with all kinds of tools🤩love your videos!

I have 2 Ignites, Shaded Peach ( it's such a beautiful shade ) and this one, Palm Springs blonde, I did cut bangs on mine because I have a very high forehead, I think that maybe I am ahead of the game but thanks for showing it to us...I have heard somewhere that bob's are THE cut for 2024, lol, I am not very much a trend person, I wear what I like and what I feel comfortable with but it's nice to know and nice to have a bob cut wig...thanks Jill, have a nice day.

Hey Jill I ordered that Belle Tress Dolce Dolce 18F wig in Brown sugar sweet cream today and I am so excited!!!!!!! I also went to a wig salon today with my husband and one of my daughters bc my husband says everything looks good on me so he’s no help Lol but I knew my daughter would tell me the truth!! I found 2 I fell in love with and couldn’t decide so I got them both Lol but I forgot to ask what brand they were from Lol but I got them both in black which is my hair color but I was sooooooooooo nervous going in I was afraid I wouldn’t find anything but I did!!!!! I’ve just got to email them my drs script so they can give me a discount since I’m a cancer patient!! Idk if I told you but I have lung cancer and I start chemo in a week so that will suck!!!!!!! I just keep telling myself that the chemo will make me well in the long run and so will the radiation although I have to drive 80 miles everyday for 6 weeks for my radiation which I hate but I have to do it!!!!!!! When your dr tells you that you need to have some tests ran bc it had been a couple years since I had had a cat scan make sure you do it bc if she hadn’t I still have NO symptoms at all and gosh only knows how far along it would have gotten and it might of been to late for me to fight it if she hadn’t insisted that I have those tests ran ya know?! I’m just so grateful that she did and that I did go through with the blood work and the cat scan bc that’s how they found the tumor in my left lung!!!!!!! Plus it had already spread to 1 of my lymph nodes when I had the PET scan and biopsy taken!! I have to do chemo 6 weeks and radiation 5 days a week for 6 weeks and we will see where things are at from there!!! So say a couple prayers for me plz!! Thank you

I’ve been watching you for a while I have partial alopecia and I was wearing clipping bangs, but I was gifted five wigs so I’m just starting to wear wigs and I’m having fun with it but I do have one question is it normal when you first start wearing wigs for your head to itch??

How do you prevent the wig grip from showing through the lace front? I always see mine and it even lifts the lace up from my forehead and I hate it.
Hi! It sounds like you need to move the wig grip back a bit. I think the front lace is sitting on the wig grip, and it shouldn’t be. 👍 However, the seeing the wig grip through the monofilament is a reason I also don’t like wearing wig grips.
Gotcha…thank you! Yeah I prefer not to use a wig grip but sometimes It Stays make my forehead itch 🙃
What kind of headband was that
Some are so uncomfortable on me around my ears

Your wig grip is the only one I can wear. Grips that are wide all the way around are too bulky and slide up !

I like the wigs infact I bought a wig and sent it back lord ham mercy it was to hot on my head. couldn't stand it. question why do you wear wigs you seem to have enough hair.
