I love my minivault. Every sound guy and stagehand has been like that thing is awesome and just the right amount of space for little items and fits perfectly on every stage.
A year ago I went to a 50 year reunion of a band I was in. All 6 original members were spread out all of the country as we met in a beautiful retreat location outside of Columbus, OH. I had reduced the size of my pedal board to just my HX Stomp. I had not flown in quite a few years. I was very concerned about taking my very expensive guitars and thus decided to leave them behind and use what ever the other band members brought via driving. The flight was awful and I'm glad I had carry on for my pedalboard.
That was a great show. Really enjoyed working with you guys.

You guys really go through a lot to get to the gig. The sound check went great. That Red Knaggs cut's through really nice. What a quick set up at sound check. You have this down to a science.
I think TSA removes labels from luggage. Had a label disappear off one of my bags during a trip last year.
BTW, get air tags for all your bags. Also stencil your name on all your things.

I get the temperature change thing but once those guitars leave the airport you're pretty much screwed making any kind of claim if they were in fact damaged.
I get it was a difficult trip. But ooooh boy … what I wouldn’t do to be in your shoes. 🙉
Oh man, you guys… I loved travelling so often but this one so far…. Uggggghhhhh. Planes trains n automobiles n your guitar check in. Monday I’m on a ferry with the mini rig… least it’s our car.
How much do you pay to check in that giant double-guitar case?

@@SteveSterlacci Sorry for my ignorance. But is this the same price as a regular suitcase that you check in? Or do some airlines make you pay "oversize fees"? Was considering getting myself one of these.
No oversized fee at all. Since it's under 50lbs still, it just goes to "odd size"

budget are useless once on a family holiday at disney in Florida it took 3hrs for us to get our rental which delayed another family so bad they missed a football match they had tickets for which was a major let down espeiclly as it was newcastle palying in the states

At 15:48, as your solo started, I heard a rhythm electric guitar. Is there a guitar player we aren't seeing, is this the acoustic, maybe a loop?
We have a track with pedal steel and an extra rhythm guitar so jessica doesn't have to play the entire show
