Thank you for these movies. John and I had a wonderful time wondering Australia and the outback. John is no longer with us and your trips give me the enjoyment I would so love to still be part of.
Thank you Annette. Thanks so much for sharing and we’re so glad our videos can help bring some joy and reflection of memories gone by! We live in a very lucky and beautiful country ❤️
Loved the vid👌good to see some sa based stuff. Love to see bit more things around camp just for ideas when you stop and before leaving camp. But great stuff home the channel grows strong
@@Wanderingaus_adv I'm no UA-camr that's for sure haha it was just as I was getting into the storey line you guys where already down the road off to the next spot. Living the content
Nice video guys and love the simplicity of your set up. We will be travelling in a similar set up with our Kelpie. Any travelling hints with your little companion would be great. Keep up the good work.
Thanks John! Our advice for travelling with dogs is although you might know and trust your own dog, feral animals like dingoes can cause issues. On this outback loop trip we had Jarrah sleep up top with us, there was plenty of evidence of dingoes around and didn’t want to take the risk. That and 1080 baits, we kept Jarrah tied up for the majority of the trip as a precaution. Safe travels!
There is a link to the map we used in the description, however if you stop at Teegs Servo in Hawker you can pick up a Flinders Ranges tourism brochure / book that has a great map in it too 👍🏼
Very enjoyable. Keen up the good work. Just being picky but if you could balance out the volume discrepancy between the music and your narration you'd be a 10/10. Cheers 🍻
Great video as far really enjoying your trip. The volume of you guys talking is low then the music comes on and it is really loud. Any chance you can keep both volumes at the same level. Unless it is just my new iPhone EarPods!!
Thanks for the feedback Julie! We’ve worked out for some reason when watched on a TV the same thing. We’ll work hard to level the volumes out for the next vid! Cheers again
@@Wanderingaus_adv When editing on my software I need to normalize the sound so possibly yours software will have that option and it does it for you. I right click the sound line and the option comes up.
Thanks Linda! We made the map ourselves using the Outback Loop map which you can download using the link the description, otherwise we use WikiCamps heaps!!
Gday Trev! Thanks for the feedback mate, audio levels is something we’ve been working on closely, if you check out our later videos hopefully you’ll see some improvement 👍🏼
Guys can you sort your audio out, I've spent all my time turning the volume up and down throughout this video! Apart from that you've done a good job and I've subbed to your channel. Are you Adelaide based?
100% we’ve worked hard to sort this issue out for our new vid dropping this arvo. Please let us know how it goes! Thanks for the Support! Yea, we’re from the Barossa Valley 👍🏼
Very similar to mine which is made in Brisbane. Have you done a build video of the vehicle and canopy setup? If not, have you thought about it as its always great seeing how people set up each vehicle

Thanks guys. Will certainly keep those points in mind when travelling.
Hey there. Where is the map of Wilpena Pound at around 3:49? We are heading up this weekend and would like to check it out! Also loving the vids 🙂

Thanks so much!
What brand is your roof top tent? Great videos mate enjoying your trips
Gday Matt
We run a Bush Company Black Series Roof top tent. It’s a ripper!
Thanks mate! Glad your enjoying!

Yea we’re keen just waiting to tie up some loose ends then she’ll go live!

Had lots of feedback around the volume, going to work hard to fix / improve this for our upcoming vid

Love the detailed information! What app do you use at the beginning of your videos to show us where you’re going?

@@Wanderingaus_adv thank you. Will give it a go. We’re heading off on the big lap in a couple of months for 5 years.
Nice, just one thing the volume, the music was alot louder than the you speaking. Had to keep adjusting the TV volume.

Really enjoyed this vid but the audio wasn’t great. Music came on loud so I had to turn the volume down but when you talked I had to turn it up.
Hi Brent
Glad you enjoyed.
Thanks for the feedback on the audio, something we’ve really worked on going forward.
after innamichka which town queensland is best to stay
Hi guys! Left of centre question, what is the exact breed of your dog? Thanks!!!
Jarrah is a purebred Kelpie!
What did you use for the route map? It’s cool
Cheers mate
I (Mitch) used Adobe After Effects and a heap of YT tutorials haha!
Hey, videos look awesome.
Mind if i ask who built the canopy as it looks well built
Thanks mate!
Coffin Bay Engineering built and installed the canopy mate and I fitted it out myself. It’s a ripper! Lightweight and strong as anything
Very similar to mine which is made in Brisbane.
Have you done a build video of the vehicle and canopy setup?
If not, have you thought about it as its always great seeing how people set up each vehicle
Not yet, we’ve got a stack of footage ready to go, just waiting to tie up a few loose ends on the build.l, then it’ll out!
Awesome mate, these projects are never finished
Truer word has never been spoken! always in a state of improvement haha
You dropped your tire pressure for corrugations. Heads up for everyone - engage 4wd high on corrugations.
Always drop tyre pressures for corrugated roads, assists in improved ride but also to support the suspension system.
