I love Tunisian Crochet.
Thank you Arunima. I love how you design and teach. It is very clear and user friendly. The silver and white is very effective. I’m doing a light and medium grey with cream. Hope to list photos soon. 🇦🇺🥰
Those colors will make a beautiful blanket! I'd love to see your squares when you are ready to share them :)
Thanks for your posts . I am very interested in learning Tunisian mosaic crochet . Please explain CAL ????? XxPat nz
CAL stands for Crochet-A-Long, an event where people come together to crochet the same project. I hosted a CAL for this blanket last year, which has now concluded. This year, I'm hosting another CAL where we're making hexagons using the Tunisian-in-the-round technique.
@@KnitterKnotter thanks for the quick response. Love your work. Godbless xp
Just purchased the ebook..I love mosaic crochet and this Tunisian mosaic another hit ..thank you!

You're a gr8 designer🌹
thank you :)
Thank you for this video I am using same yarn and 6mm only and coming out 12” square is this to loose? Thank you.
Your gauge is different than mine, that's the reason for the difference in size. If you are comfortable with how the fabric is, then there's no reason to change anything. But, if you don't, you could try going down a hook size and see if that works out for you better.
Buen día. Me interesa seguir aquí con este CAL . Ya vi como hacer éste cuadro y los anteriores ya no puedo tener la información o qué hago para poder tejerlos?? Un saludo desde México
I used google translate to understand your message - It seems like you want to know what the join instructions for the squares are. Is that right? If yes, I will release the joining technique I used for my squares later in the year. If you don't want to wait that long, you are welcome to choose whatever your preferred method of joining is. I hope this answers your question.
I’m out.. seeing as the block was for beginning January, it’s now removed .. and so is the 2nd one.. it was too complicated to find link here, link there, so many times repeated information., made reading just the intro tedious and annoying!
Your design is lovely, but the method of delivery is not!
Good luck, happy hooking! 😊
The block is still available for the first two, they just don't have the X's on them. She did make it easier to find the block with the X's, it is a picture saying click here for the block. I don't read the pattern at all I just use the graph.
The written pattern let's you complete the blocks row by row, which has been another preferred method for some. You just won't have the chart with the Xs. You could still come out with 23 blocks and either freestyle the last two or borrow from another CAL, or other freestyle squares, which could prove to be really cool. 🙂
This is a year long CAL and there are a lot of details that need explaining. I want to make sure that all the information is available when someone visits my blog, hence the long blog post.
The free pattern consists of the written instructions and the chart (without X's) that will always be available on my blog. I offer the chart with X's for 24 hours after the release and that's what is not available for the first two squares. I created this video at the request of a few participants who wanted to me to demonstrate how to start the first square. For that reason, I filmed it after the CAL started but then I was able to address and include issues that I knew some participants were facing.
Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment! :)
