When I was a kid I used to think being a footballer meant staying home until Games but it’s not it’s a community of players,coaches,therapists all working together doing what they love and getting a good pay that’s a dream job if I ever saw one

And once you get 17 or 18 its not hard to be scouted by teams like liverpool or real madrid. The only difference with what you said is that one came from the academy making them easier to get while the other played in a different league. Neymar for example was naturally talented and was scooped up by barcelona almost instantly
