Can we talk about the intensity of Bobby at training. He's immense
He was the only one reacting as fast as he possibly could to the clap in the drill where they would squat down with the bands on cue. That type of focus makes a difference. It might seem small but he's practicing firing his glutes there as fast as possible and as a reaction, rather than just firing his muscles up. Its in the little things at this level

True - I love his intensity. There's great role models throughout the team - it's almost a team full of captains. (I teach English football vocabulary on my channel... please take a look.)
