I do need to switch things up! I can repeat the same meals for a few weeks, but then I need to rotate to something different :)
100% switch things up. I love food and I collect cookbooks. I get bored easily because of my ADHD.

I’ve been loving your videos! In a few you’ve mentioned being weary of soy. I’m pregnant and feel really conscious of this because tofu has been my go-to as a protein I still like. Should I be cautious of eating tofu? Are there things about soy that I should be aware of? I appreciate any insight.
