What'd be the IT strategy of an export-oriented conventional Textile Factory business, especially when the business owner is willing to digitally transform it into Industry 4.0 standard or in a straight line trying to get convert the business into Textile 4.0 ?
A more incremental strategy may be more fitting since the owner may not be willing to make a bigger change right way. This could be a good way to take smaller steps in the right direction.
