how tight did you find the bead diameter? I was fighting to get mine on, almost broke my tire levers. Don't know if they'll losen up being mounted for a couple months. I don't think they roll slow, they are very quiet on the road which I think is a good indication. The side side knob grip has saved me a couple times now compared to past tires
Hey man. Appreciate your vids. Those are slow rolling. Grip is average. If you want the fastest rolling tires. Try Kendas. I've used every XC tire made. Conti Speed King and Race King are fast but narrow. Kendas are probably just as fast but they too are average in grip. Try them if you want a fast tire.
Really!!!? I am so anxious to try. I tried the booster pro in the lite sidewall and was too floppy. Never went to the sct version. I was considering trying again but wanted to try something new.
@@addictcyclist what pressure? I'm 165 lbs and run 20-21 up front. I actually run Racing Rays upfront on all my bikes. The Kendas are super fast, but I can trust the Rays. I rather be upright than fast as I'm getting older. Never, ever washed out on Rays.
They're available from Lordgun and BikeInn (European sources) but I ordered two from performancebike, just because that source is pretty reliable. They're due in 31 July.
Have had aset of these. Fast tire and good grip, the only downside is they puncture easily

My both Scorpions XC RC had 740g.
Mine were within 3g of each other. Had a good batch lol
Try the vittoria mezcal. I run the Barzo and love them

Easily installed tires I ever mounted lol
I have Berd rims, i27. They went on very easily without levers. I also tried them on an i9 rim, and they went on that without tools as well.

Not real messy conditions but some wet and mud and they are the best xc tire I have used in those conditions
