    Thank you for this, I was saving up for this and almost bought it. But what I needed it for was browsing and content reading... I'll find something else. Hope your monitor set up is working out fine.

    It's a good monitor for games and video watching but I should have watched this video before I bought it. I returned it for the 27" version because I use it for work meaning emails, documents, drawings, etc so the pixels were noticable. So yes if you buy 32" and need to work on it get the 1440p or 4k or go down to 27". Actually even at 27" some people say 1080p isn't high enough but I find it fine.

      Thanks :) yup, same here. I actually ended up getting two 27" monitors instead. I agree 27 inch is just at the border. I'm still good with it but yeah I can see how some people wouldn't like it.

      @@Dulabicstudio That's right the 27" is at the border but I felt it was good for my work. I'm guessing many are roughly in my situation. My current 9+ year old Asus desktop works fine for what I do after I replaced its HDD with a SDD but I'm pretty sure it only supports up to 1080P monitor so upgrading to 1440p wasn't really an option. During Covid I'm working from home full time on it so going from 23.5" to 27" is helpful. Then once Windows 12 is common place, the plan in 2022 is to a whole new system and probably with the full 4k monitor at that time. I was going to ride it out with my 9 year old 23.5" monitor but working from home full time for the next year or so with that isn't appealing. Back when I worked full-time in the office, I'd only use that home 23.5" monitor for maybe an hour in the evening which was fine. Anyways great video thank you for sharing.

    I have the 27 inch variant of this monitor, and was able to overclock the refresh rate in nvidia, that got rid of a lot of the ghosting, you might be able to do the same on yours. It can easily support 72Hz refresh.

    I’m upgrading from an older 2k iMac to a trashcan Mac Pro and looking for a 32” monitor to pair with it. This model number says it is 4K but you and others are complaining about low image resolution. Is it NOT 4K as the manufacturer’s specs claim? I design printing all day so I need clear and crisp text and images. Great vid btw. Difficult to find hands-on real world reviews on monitors as it seems only gamer kids seem to review them and they say little negative about them.

      Hi there. Thanks :) this is definitely not 4k. Samsung does make 4k 32" monitors. You can check out this one. LU32R590CWNXZA

      Pay close attention because advertising language can be deceptive - it is HIGH DEFINITION, which is definitely NOT 4k resolution. 1080p resolution is out of date today and if you spend much time in front of a computer it will be a huge disappointment, especially if you visit your neighbors who have real 4K resolution for their televisions.

    • @2Chickaboom2
      @2Chickaboom2 4 роки тому

      72Yonatan - After much back and forthing, I bought a Philips E-Line 4K 32” for $325 or so through Amazon. Quite pleased with it. Has the taller dimensions (16:9) which I needed more than the wider aspect ratios. Looking to pair it with another but I still need my iMac close by at times and no room for all 3 on my desk.

    I tried different HDMI setups cuz I am a video editor and I do a lot of cover art for posters as well and I love the look of the monitor, I love the size but it's not very color accurate. the dark's are cloudy and yes there's pixelation like you mentioned. So I just ordered the Asus ProArt to replace it.

      @@micrasystems for me it was good, because the only time i was close was when i was playing games, and that's where it really excels. For browsing, I was definitely all the way back in my seat and almost always more then 32 inches from it, so even just browsing was fine for me

      The problem is that it´s a 1080p in a 32". The biggest the screen with the same resolution, the worst is que quality. Understand now? For a 1080p, you can get a 25 or a 27 without pixolate, not a 34 and so on.
