Thanks for watching!
Hello Stu, I’m 17 years old and have just started a bricklaying college course last month! I am really enjoying it and find it very fun. I have been watching your videos since i have started and I have to say that your videos have already helped a lot and I have watched at least 70 of your videos 😅. So thanks Stu I appreciate it 😄
thanks Josh all the best pal
There is a blogger Vova in Ukraine. He also taught many people the skill of masonry. And very intelligibly and without further ado. Including I learned.👍🇺🇦😊His blog is MASTER OF MASONRY, DIRECTOR OF MASONRY.
Well done, you’ll be top of your course!
@@Stucrompton1 super job.what laser level did u use Stu...? I'm a landscaper, enjoy your vids
Hope everything goes well!
Love watching a good bricklayer, my 90 year old dad was a hod carrier in his early days and used to take me to work on Saturday mornings to help when they were ready to top out a house. I used to clean up around the concrete mixer. Early 60's I believe.
Excellent stu the amount of comments I read saying people have took on there own brickwork jobs. off the back of your videos is brilliant 👏 you are definatly doing something right stu Well done to you 👏 👍
Videos like this serve as a reminder that bricklaying is an incredibly skillful craft - especially when there's no strings involved! A very admirable and respectable trade for a man to learn.
Master Mason leading the way, great job as usual Stu .Take care and God bless to you and your family.
Beautiful work I like how you used the string to Mark the stones I'll remember that if I have to cut stones on a radius that's why I would recommend for any bricklayer no matter how much experience to watch your videos
Amazing!! As always!!! It’s because of you and your vids I took on building my own porch! Both my neighbours want me to do theirs too 😂😂👍👍 a massive thank you!!!
You’re a master Stu. Been watching loads of vids on Tik and these guys just whack the bricks with a hammer to split them and just stuff them in not caring about having the correct spacing around them
I'm 57 yrs old and love my DIY bricklaying projects but sone day when I grow up, I'd love to lay bricks like Stu.
You are a true craftsman Stu,and it's always a real pleasure to see your work. Very best wishes.
Cheers Stu' ,
Job's a gud'un .
🐺
Master craftsman, excellent work Stu👍👍👍
cheers boss
Those accrington nori bricks look great and the double step is perfect set in the corner of the new wall, never would have thought to do that.
You’re an exceptional bricklayer Stuart 👍🏼
So skilled! Loved watching and learning how you did this mate, thank you
Like ya work Stu. Retired bricky down under.
Bricks are life! We are making our own ecological bricks to build our house by ourselves.
Nice one stu. Like the use of the lazer. I use one for most things now if I can. Brilliant for curved stuff like that to keep level 👍👍👍👍
Nice work Stu.
Arte+imaginacion =Stu Crompton👍
Fantastic work!
Quality work stu, as usual 💪💪👍
Beautiful steps, great job Stu 😎
Beautiful job as always!
Looks awesome Stu
Class as always mate 👍🏻
Awsome work stu 👍🏻
Thanks mate 👍
That’s top drawer work there. We’ll done mate.
Lovely work… genuine question;
If the steps went above the dpc would it be wise to put a dpm between any step bricks and any house wall bricks above the damp proof course?
Would it matter?
What would happen if you don’t? (Potential damage due to damp I’m guessing.
Cheers, love your vids Stu 😄👍
Lovely old job stu 🧱🧱😁
What laser level do you use mate? Great work.

Bloody lovely job.
Perfect👍
Thanks for your content very helpful.
I'm laying out my first course of engineering bricks today and found the gap between the foundation and brick is averaging 20mm then 30mm at one end if I keep going. Do you think this is to much? (single story extension).
Stu I’m going bricklaying at college level 2 am I need help with plumbing up any tips
Morning Stu. Fantastic job as always.
What mix is your muck, please? I really like its brown-ish colour.
Best regards
Normal mix. It’s the sand where I’m from
Hello Stuart nice to see your unquestionably works and as your comments say, however assuming door opens in that's a huge step from top tread over sill in and out of property and really don't think would comply with just they way folks entering on an angle!
but as said lovely job
Malcs in Perth WA ♥️
Should of popped a Time Capsule in there 👍🏼
What laser is that stu
NIce. 👍
А кпкая цена за такую работу?
Nice man those cuts on the slabs are absolute bastards to do lol
2:02 stabila ???
Beautiful! Love the Attention to detail! Difficult to get people to pay the price here in the states, generally everyone wants cheap and fast. And plenty of illegals willing to oblige them.
Looks extremely slippery. looks good but would be lethal when its raining.
Cool work. With an English taste. But in Ukraine, often, brick stairs do not last long. We need a very high-quality face brick and a good mortar with an expensive high-quality plasticizer. We have frosts and like to sprinkle salt on the ice. This causes the steps to collapse. There are electrically heated steps for melting ice, but this is expensive and taking into account the war.True, I didn’t see the foundation on which you laid the brick. The foundation must have waterproofing from masonry. But there is neither one nor the other. Sorry, it’s beautiful, but hack.
Those bricks are waterproof and acid resistant.i know ,I was born a kilometer away from the factory they were made at,and a bricklayer
😮😮👍👍👍
