Chris! How do you not have one of the greatest party games and 1v1 games of all-time, Pokémon Stadium?! I felt like I was in the show battling my cousins and my brother in those games for countless hours.
Chris you have now truly won me over 100% due to your interest in the most incredibly wonderful yet underrated and unknown game I've ever played: JET FORCE GEMINI. I've never seen someone with EQUAL enthusiasm for this game and I've spent around 80 difficult hours of play time throughout my childhood on this game and have the soundtrack on my ipod. A truly rewarding game unlike any other. Subscribed.
When I was a kid, I was more hyped for N64 (then known as ULTRA 64: ) Than I had been for anything ever.! I had to have my dad buy every magazine featuring any info leading up to release, and I mowed laws and washed cars like a monster in order to save up enough to get it day one. I even had a calendar that I drew up, featuring Mario of course, that counted down the days.. I was not disappointed : )
N64 was exactly my first video game console I had, sooooooo many good memories from my childhood. Even now I'm still playing it with my friends being 23, good times
Considering I was a huge TV junkie as a kid and my parents' first kid, I wasn't allowed to own a video game counsel until I was seen old enough (11 years old when the Wii was still new). Was bummed about it at first, but the more I look back on it I actually made a lot of good memories that way. Pushed me to spend more time playing outside for starters. But it also made me cherish the times I did get to play video games, whether it'd be playing the Game Cube at a friend's house, some classic games at the occasional hair cut shop at the mall, and best of all at a stay-at-home daycare with the Nintendo 64. Had my earliest video game memories there, from Mario Kart, the early Mario Parties, Diddy Kong Racing, GoldenEye, Rampage, that Tony Hawk game, that Jet skiing game, that snowboarding game, Pokemon Snap, and occasionally Super Smash Brothers that one visiting kid would bring very now and then. There was even a giant Ms Pacman game table. My earliest and favorite video game memories.
I love this video, for some reason your collection videos are so-rewatchable. I remember my old N64, i haven't even seen my console for years. This video made me go and find it, and spend a hundred dollars on games and cases.
I still Remember as a kid watching my brother play animal crossing and THPS3 and Zelda and such, when i got this it brought back so many great memories. What actually made me cry when I got it was that, he gave me the very one that I used to watch my bro play. It also had the very same memory card, with all of the save files. I saw this and started weeping the day I saw it. I love that little thing, you crazy ass cube you.
18:27 Wow Chris, as someone who knows so much about movies I'm surprised to see you're unaware of the "Wilhelm scream". It's been used by many directors and was originally known as the "Man gets bitten by alligator - scream". (Thanks wikipedia) The more you know!
There are so many stories I could tell, but for some reason the two experiences I like to look back at the most are when I would sit in this little beanie chair I had and play either Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic or Fallout 3, when I first got both of those games.
FYI Chris you and I? We have alot in common! It's quite crazy watching these videos. Seeing? How pretty much the same you are to my childhood of movies and gaming experiences. You Bring Back Memorys Man :)
Here's my N64 collection. Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Mario Party 1, 2, 3, Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, Paper Mario, Super Smash Bros, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Legend of Zelda OoT, Legend of Zelda MM, Donkey Kong 64, Killer Instinct Gold, Blast Corps, Rayman 2 The Great Escape, Earthworm Jim 3D, Pilot Wings 64, Wave Race 64, Diddy Kong Racing, StarFox 64, Excite Bike 64, Goldeneye 007, Perfect Dark, Conker's Bad Fur Day, F-Zero X, Clay Fighter 63 1/3, Rampage 2 Universal Tour, WCW VS NWO World Tour, WWF Wrestle-Mania 2000, Star Wars Shadows of The Empire, Mickey's Speedway USA, FIFA Road To World Cup 98, NHL Breakaway 98, Major League Baseball Featuring Ken Griffey JR, NFL Blitz, Toy Story 2 Buzz Lightyear To The Rescue, Yoshi's Story, Pokémon Stadium 1, 2, Pokémon Puzzle League, Jet Force Gemini, Fighting Force 64 and Bust A Move 2 Arcade Edition.
I remember playing Super Mario 64 at my friend's house, and being SO into it, and after we were done playing it, we would jump around in his room pretending we were mario and luigi. I also vividly remember being terrified of those skeletons in Ocarina Of Time. Great video Chris!
That's a kickass collection! I wished I took care like you did of all your games. Because I use to have a cool collection of psone, snes and Nintendo 64 games. But we moved out a lot when I was a kid and sometimes there wasn't enough room for all of these, and my parents always thought video games was a waste of time and space. Thank you for that ride on the nostalgia tour, Chris. Really appreciate the video.
The first games I ever had were Super Mario All-Stars (actually 4 games remade in one on the SNES), Super Mario World and Super Metroid, that I had at the age of 5 with, of course, the SNES as my first console. These three games are the best among the approximatly 20 SNES games I had during my childhood, in addition to Star Fox which I had later. I then had my nintendo 64 when I was about to be 11 with Star Fox 64, the best game I ever played on that console and one of my favourite, and Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire. Some nintendo 64 games such as Mario Party's franchise and Super Mario 64 followed, but I had my Gamecube just 1 year later. That sums up my childhood concerning video games.
Goldeneye didnt start competitive multiplayer FPS, we can thank Doom and Quake for that ;) - though it was the first successful console multiplayer FPS
Several things; 1: I believe that the N64 is the greatest video game console ever made, 2: I'm glad you mentioned the games you did, there were several I had never heard of such as Gemini, that look very fun and seem to have aged well, 3: I don't know how you didn't mention Pokemon Stadium 1&2, or even Puzzle League, 4: I want to give a special mention to the Disney/Pixar games, they were the best on this console, 5: Chris, your collection makes me happy, I'm glad these games still have players.
Rogue Squadron to this day is still one of my all time favorite games. I recently bought a N64 again and SWRS was one of the games i bought with it. I thought that it would be fun to play it again, but I also thought that I would care after a while... Alas, I was wrong and it remains to be one of my favorite games of all time.
I had the same experience with Starfox! I went into a blockbuster and played the demo of it and was blown away by how awesome it was. Still a fond blockbuster memory :)
I never grew up with the N64 cause I wasn't alive for most of its life, but I did play Mario 64 all the time when I went to my cousins house. I always used to think the game was pulling Mario's face until my cousin would show me what the game actually was and I loved running around in the big stages for hours :) But that was really the only N64 game I played when I was little cause I grew up with GameCube and Wii and GameCube has to be my favourite console ever :)
Nintendo 64 was my first system too, and was one of the main reasons my childhood was so great. Ocarina of Time, Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie, Goldeneye, and Sarge's Heroes all are very nostalgic to me.
I still have my N64 sitting neatly, covered in dust :( on my TV stand. The N64 was something breathtaking, to be revered, thats what it felt like when I had first seen and heard of this majestic console. Seriously it was awe inspiring. Alas, my parents couldn't afford it, until one marvelous day. My mom had saved up a few bucks, $100 to be exact, my pop drove me to a pawn shop few miles out, AND THERE IT WAS IN ALL ITS PLASTIC GLORY, The very same aforementioned N64, fully functional 17 years later!
I missed out on n64 because my parents got a ps1, but thank god they did because you know.. ff7, Spyro, ape escape. But the n64 was awesome too, I'm collecting games for it today, I got my hands on a n64 for 40 bucks.
Ohhh my goodness, so much nostalgia! N64 and the Sega Genesis are the most nostalgic game systems for me. Pokémon Stadium 2 was awesome. Goldeneye was amazing. Zelda was fantastic. So many great titles :D
Mario kart 64, Destruction derby and Excitebike were the bomb. I also thought the word is not enough was up there with Goldeneye. The multiplayer was sick.
I dont know if u answered this question already chris but do u ever play n64 from time to time?? Im asking because i enjoy playing it even today and i was wondering if anyone else plays n64 today??? Anyone can answer
They made my childhood. I also played Tony Hawk Proskater 4, Star Wars Episode 1 Racer and I actually Star Wars Rogue Squadron! Loved them all.... But they were all on PC
+Scott Hall I was just thinking about that game. I actually got it on the Wii Virtual Console, but haven't played it yet. I've had it for over a year. I should probably go ahead and give it a try.
Man, you brought so much nostalgia for me Chris... I played a lot of these games on the Nintendo 64 growing up. My favorite though would have to be Banjo Tooie. My brother bought Banjo Kazooie, and it was such a great gaming experience for me when I was younger. When Banjo Tooie was released, I had to be the one to own that game! So I bought it with the money I had been saving up, and did not have a single regret. Great video Chris!!
Awesome video Chris! Very entertaining seeing you go through your N64 collection, brings back memories. N64 was also my first gaming system I ever owned and a great one at that.
i was too young to really catch the tony hawk pro skater train, but tony hawk pro skater 2. THAT IS MY JAM. the soundtrack literally shaped my taste in music, absolutely love it, and recently I bought tony hawks pro skater hd on steam for like 7 bucks, the best nostalgia trip I've had in a LONG time. No Cigar by Millencollin is still my favourite song of all time.
I still remember my the time I got my 360 for Christmas in 2009. It was during the time of the first model xboxes that were crapping out and I went through two of them. I got mine as a Christmas gift from my parents in my 8th grade year after waiting for many months playing on my hugely outdated comp. It is 2013 I have had my xbox for 4 years and still loving it. Another system I have, is my Gamecube, originally my eldest brother's but he gave it to me because he was moving.
Chris Stuckmann have you played and own Conkers Bad Fur Day it's quite a hilarious game you practically eat chocolate square's to bring your health up and you find talking moving money to become a millionaire you should really checkout a gameplay video of Conkers Bad Fur Day if you haven't heard or played the game
Damn, this was great! Chris, have you ever played Rainbow Six on the N64? if so what did you think? Also, I was surprised not to see Mario Kart in your collection.
Our generation is the only one who will ever experience such an intense, and fast, technological change. 2d to 3d was absolutely mind blowing. I remember playing Goldeneye for the first time, and my dad and I were both blown away by the simple fact that you could see the bullet holes in the walls. Shooting 3d locks off of fences? Wow.
It's a tiny bit overrated, but yeah I agree, Idk, Brawl felt empty compared to Melee!! At least in Melee, I have a favorite character to play, Brawl there's none and not in a good way!
Nice collection, man! I'm actually starting my own. Good to hear CustomGameCases does good work. I've been looking at them as well to get cases for my older games.
Whenever Super Mario 64 pops into my head I think of two massively Nostalgic things. One is the Credits music. And two is the Water World music. I start crying sometimes.:')
The one game that for some reason is possibly the most nostalgic for me, is X-Men 2: Clone Wars, on Sega Genesis. I have so many memories with it. I remember playing it all the time, not just with my older sister (like I did with most games), but with the whole family. Something about it got my sister, dad, and even grandpa to play it with me. Such an awesome time.
Star Wars Battlefront was the first game I ever played, it actually got me into Star Wars, and now I am a big huge fan of that saga and universe. I owe a lot to those games.
@@SK8R43 Stunt Racer is harder to find than Sculptors Cut but Sculptors Cut still goes for more money. You could probably bag Super Bowling for $600 - $700 but both Sculptors Cut and Stunt Racer probably exceed the $1,000 mark. Just my two cents. I am, of course, talking about complete in box.
@@paradoxicaljoy4923 I know. I'm talking loose cart. Stunt racer and super bowling are way harder to find than sculptors cut. Stunt racer you can find pretty cheap if you look hard enough. Super bowling will cost you a bit, and sculptors cut will be a bit more. But, thats because its cool and price doesnt reflect its rarity. Check ebay for those 3 games. Sculptors cut has more listings, Hell super bowling only has a few and most of them are in pretty bad condition. I guess ISS 2000 is a bit more rare though since theres even less of that on ebay ATM. haha
@@SK8R43 Yeah ISS 2000 was a bitch to find but I actually have a sealed copy. Stunt Racer really set me back and I still don't have Sculptor's Cut or Super Bowling but I do disagree with you on Stunt Racer being cheap. If you find a copy of that game for a decent price it's probably scuffed up as hell or has a load of sticker damage. I still find it rarer and more expensive than Super Bowling. Beast Wars is another one that's up there too.
whenever i watch ocarina of time gameplay or hear the songs from the game, I get this huge feeling of nostalgia and it actually makes me sad lol. It always makes me wanna play through it again and again and again.
I'm pretty sure he forgot to include that one in his video because it's over on the shelf where he does all his videos. You'll notice it on the lower left of him in most of his reviews.
Banjo Kazooie is my favorite game ever! your collection is pretty cool and i would add some of my favorite (if you don't have them) : Diddy Kong Racing, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2, Killer Instinct Gold,
Awesome! Please do an overview video of your movie room/memorabilia or a collection vid of you other video games. Thanks Chris, keep up the fantastic videos, all the best!
Great video. Thanks for the custom game cases shout out. I needed to find something like that for all my 64/snes/nes games and now I have. Putting my order in today :)
I remember one particular summer when my brother, my cousins and I spent most of our summer evenings playing mario kart, super smash bros, perfect dark, Mario party and pokemon stadium 2. We had such a great time back then, because although we couldn't afford big vacation abroad, we spent time playing football (soccer) and going to the swimming pool during the day, then stayed up late to play video games. Good times.
My Dad got us N64 as a surprise! We were SO EXCITED!!! I played Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64 (beaten it a billion times), Majoras Mask (least favorite), Goldeneye (used to play this game with our friends and neighbors. Very nostalgic memories there), Super Smash Brothers, Donkey Kong 64 (LOVE this game. Have beaten it. Wish I could still play it), Star Wars Rogue, etc. etc. I love video games and its one of the best things from my childhood.
I played Ratchet & Clank as a kid, and was totally sucked into it! The imaginative world and the humorous dialogue: just fucking awesome. And so now I am reliving the first one, and will go on to play the rest of them later. After that, I will replay Jak & Daxter. The amazing world and amazing story made that game amazing.
Nostalgia overload! The jump to 64 from SNES was mind-blowing. Cheers Chris, loved all of these games.
I wanna thank my brother for introducing me to the n64 when I was little in the 2000s and it still holds some nostalgia for me
The lack of Conker's Bad Fur Day in your collection is appalling!
Krista Masucci that shit is expensive... I played it on an emulator
Krista Masucci Its not worth it getting this game
Just get a reproduction cart for 20-30$ I ust to play conkers bad fur day when I was a kid and it was awesome. Sucks playing it on an emulator
The reason why I got an xbone (Xbox one)
Oliver Marks I have it. I bought it at my local retro game shop. It was $89, and...it was worth it.
18:35 its called the wilhelm scream and it comes from a 1951 movie called "Distant Drums", it's been used in over 300 movies.
+Peter Bell That star wars game was my very first encounter with the wilhelm scream that I can recall (and date). So awesome =P
4:57 Chris is holding my favorite game of all time and its sequel. Makes me really fucking happy 😊
*sigh* I really miss my N64. It had such great games on it. Seeing this video brought out 10 year old me out.
+KytanoSkorpius Check out my collection
they're pretty damn cheap now.
No Mario Kart 64?
RIGHT?
Mario Kart 64 is one if my favorite games of all time
Get another 1, they r pretty cheap compared 2 other systems
I don't play video games much these days, but don't the new systems all have the throw back classics?
Joseph Orren not most but ya they have the mainstream ones

I've been wondering about these cases! They look so cool! Thanks for sharing. I'm definitely going to case my entire collection now!
still the best 64 collection video on youtube. great backstories and your personality was a great touch.
Damn now I want to buy cases for my collection!
Jet Force Gemini is such a great game! I loved when the characters upgraded their armour and the dog turned into a tank!
No Mario Kart or Pokemon Stadiums?
I love this video, for some reason your collection videos are so-rewatchable. I remember my old N64, i haven't even seen my console for years. This video made me go and find it, and spend a hundred dollars on games and cases.

Chris, I watch your videos during my lunch and it makes the day go by a little faster. thanks for the hard work.
Mario Kart 64 and Diddy Kong Racing.
Two of the best video games of all-time! Get them, and play them.

I remember Blockbuster... ahhh, good times.
Hollywood Video as well.
I love how you mention Chopper Attack. I love that game
GameCube to Wii was a big graphical jump now? More like smallest jump in major consoles.
As far as I'm concerned, the wii was just another gamecube (obviously literally had gc hardware not emulation) with the wiimotes
I still have my N64 sitting neatly, covered in dust :( on my TV stand. The N64 was something breathtaking, to be revered, thats what it felt like when I had first seen and heard of this majestic console. Seriously it was awe inspiring.

Max Payne the first one, loved that game played it over and over again
Chris you ever play Ogre Battle 64? It's my favorite game on the 64 and one of the best experiences one can have with a story in a game.
ogre battle 64 is a very expensive game
The Tux Man Lol
Shea Jones Now I'm sure but Emulators are out there too ;)

The real question is how does he not have FIFA 98
How does he not have Kirby 64?!?! That was a good game, it made up part of my childhood!!!
Chris Stuckmann have you played and own Conkers Bad Fur Day
it's quite a hilarious game
you practically eat chocolate square's to bring your health up
and you find talking moving money to become a millionaire
you should really checkout a gameplay video of Conkers Bad Fur Day if you haven't heard or played the game
Watching this in July of 2017 and I gotta say. Amazing video.
Damn, this was great! Chris, have you ever played Rainbow Six on the N64? if so what did you think? Also, I was surprised not to see Mario Kart in your collection.
I wasn't surprised he didn't include it
Our generation is the only one who will ever experience such an intense, and fast, technological change. 2d to 3d was absolutely mind blowing. I remember playing Goldeneye for the first time, and my dad and I were both blown away by the simple fact that you could see the bullet holes in the walls. Shooting 3d locks off of fences? Wow.
Sorry, Melee is better then brawl
nein
It's a tiny bit overrated, but yeah I agree, Idk, Brawl felt empty compared to Melee!! At least in Melee, I have a favorite character to play, Brawl there's none and not in a good way!
Chris, you need to do another one of these! I'm sure your N64 collection has only gotten more impressive over the last 10 years!
Great video, but you must have Mariokart 64
Nice collection, man! I'm actually starting my own. Good to hear CustomGameCases does good work. I've been looking at them as well to get cases for my older games.
Rareware on its prime!
Whenever Super Mario 64 pops into my head I think of two massively Nostalgic things. One is the Credits music. And two is the Water World music. I start crying sometimes.:')
"people were pooping all over the place and spreading it across the wall and there face" it happened at my house
I think melee was the best smash bros
+milenni1 Even better than Brawl and the one for Wii U? Why?
+Philosupremum never played the wii u one
+Philosupremum Because Melee is the greatest fighting game ever
Max Leibowitz Why not Brawl and Wii U?
Because they're slow and the community is terrible
Star Wars Battlefront was the first game I ever played, it actually got me into Star Wars, and now I am a big huge fan of that saga and universe. I owe a lot to those games.
Harvest moon 64 isn't the rarest game, hell conker costs more than it. The rarest game for the n64 is Clay Fighter Sculptor's Cut.
No, no it is not. Super bowling and stunt racer are rarer than that. Theres also n64 games that sell for thousands of dollars.
HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CONKERS BAD FUR DAY!!!!
I'm pretty sure he forgot to include that one in his video because it's over on the shelf where he does all his videos. You'll notice it on the lower left of him in most of his reviews.
ConsoleCrashersShow Indeed best game ever made! ;)
Or F-Zero X. Or Diddy Kong Racing. Or Mario Kart 64. :-/
Mike Pellegrino Or Doom 64. (I'm playing that as I'm typing this.)
Banjo Kazooie is my favorite game ever! your collection is pretty cool and i would add some of my favorite (if you don't have them) : Diddy Kong Racing, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2, Killer Instinct Gold,
is that screaming kid you?
lol really that vid is old af
oh body harvest you bring back so many memories.
Wait?
You're the Nintendo 64 kid?
Ahhh, the N64. My first game system, and Super Mario 64 was my first video game ever owned! I miss the 90's so much! Haha
Out of all the gaming systems I owned, (and PC) N64 has to be my favorite. The games were the most memorable to me.
This was the console that got me into gaming, really wish I still had it.
Love the Nintendo 64 ... Just something about that system that keep me going back...
