Channa da gives texture and taste to Saag . Normally we add makki k atta in sarson k Saag so use channa dal in Palak
all over gud.. but agr ap khdaa tdkaa lgate to ye jyada bdiya bnta h.. 😊😊😊 lv frm himachal🙏🙏

Apki recipe bhut achi h par agr aap palak our dal ko ubalte hi usma kuch ice cube dal dijiya is sa sag thanda bhi ho jayga or colour bhi jyada green rhaga

Yes you can, but the texture and taste can be a little bit different.
