Hi Mam, I prepared it exactly the way you explained and trust me it really made as you said, unfortunately can't taste it to you. I got all three sarso palak and bathua and i really cooked it almost one and half hour with makai aata and it totally exotic and smooth Sarso da saag. Pranam to your grandma too. Thank you. Isei cooker mei bina dhakan lagyei ya pital / steel ki batlohi mei bhi ubal saktei hain,agar mitti ka pot na ho.utna hi achcha banta hai pl.kuch log thoda sa gud bhi daltei hain ,sarson ka tikhapan kam karnei ke liyei.tadkei mei Tomato bhi dala jata hai ,its ur own taste n choice. enjoyed ur authentic recipe
