    Very nice work, as always; looks new again. It may cost $8000 to repair thatr in China but not here in Canada, though. My car was just hit while parked in front of my house. The fender was damaged and so was the door. Some debris from the car that hit it cacked the windshield and a few small scratches on the front bumper. There was absolutely no frame damage but the wheel alignment was off and the wheel was damaged (bent but not visible only shakes) . The damage was $6000 using used parts only and doesn't include the alignment or wheel replacement. Bsically the shop (on the detailed insurance adjustment report) needed to put on a fender, a door, align the gaps then paint & blend to surrounding panels, polish and finally install the windshield.The bill was just shy of $6000. The cost of a wheel alignment and replacement of the bent wheel isto beaddedto trhat bill once they know if any further damage was sustained.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with car repairs. The cost of repairs can vary significantly depending on the location, the extent of the damage, and the availability of parts. It sounds like your car had quite a bit of damage, and it's unfortunate that the repair costs added up to $6000. In some cases, using used or aftermarket parts can help reduce costs, but it's essential to ensure the quality of the parts used to maintain safety and performance.
      I hope your car is back in great shape soon, and I appreciate your kind words about the repair work in the video. If you have any more questions or need further information, feel free to ask.

      @@xinxianshi Actually, the car wasn't heavily damaged and the total cost for parts was less than $1000. Labor & paint supplies costs were the remaining $5000 of the repair. Notice that there was no frame damage; everything was a bolt off and bolt on replacement. I didn't even see it after repairs; I delivered it to the collision department and traded it in at the sales department of the same dealership for a beautiful Jaguar (mine wasn't a Jaguar, it was a Mazda thoughso that didn't play a part in the cost of the repair).

Bir çok videonuzu defalarca izlerdim. Tebrik ederim. Emeğinize sağlık, başarılar ve bol kazançlar dilerim.

      I think he knows he is supposed to use welding helmet , CHALENGE is - there is always a need to take it off repeatedly to get to look directly at each spot to observe pin holes and quality of each spot weld. Humidity and sweat build up requiring constant clearing and cleaning. I had noticed it becomes not user friendly as technician has to bend at different angles and looses good sight as light changes at different angles disturbing their momentum and flow.
      When the helmet or glasses are off - I must add technicians do not look directly at the spot to avoid damaging the eyes they will also momentarily close the eyes.
      Yes helmet or welding glasses also serve in avoiding sparks hitting eyes and entire head, so I will advise especially the beginners to always use protective wear at all times. I share your concern as is proper.

      @@ncedomankayi8492 Hia, thankyou for making good point👍as for a welders helmet, I bought one but gave it away. My trade that I trained in, (Heavy plant fitter) insisted we wore the bloody things, I do know that we didn't have to take them off as the front simply lifted up but really there was no need to even do that as the anti flash glass lifted to give way to a clear glass underneath. I wear welders glasses now that I found in a shop here in Siem Reap the tint is very heavy but not that heavy that I can't see the spot I'm going to weld. These things are a welder's dream, infact I'll be wearing them today. You have a good one👍🙏

      Hello, thank you for sharing. In developed countries, the cost of repair is really expensive, so people generally do not choose to repair accident cars. However, in our country, there is already a complete second-hand parts industry chain, so all kinds of parts are very cheap, and labor is also cheap. Repairing accident cars has many advantages.

      È interessante notare come i costi e le pratiche per le riparazioni automobilistiche possano variare significativamente in diverse parti del mondo. In Europa, dove i costi delle parti di ricambio e la manodopera possono essere più elevati, è possibile che veicoli gravemente danneggiati come questo vengano spesso considerati non riparabili o troppo costosi da riparare. Al contrario, in alcune altre parti del mondo, come in Cina, i costi delle parti di ricambio e della manodopera possono essere notevolmente più bassi, rendendo più economicamente fattibile la riparazione di veicoli gravemente danneggiati. Questa variazione è influenzata da diversi fattori, tra cui l'accessibilità delle parti di ricambio, i costi della manodopera e le pratiche comuni nel settore delle riparazioni automobilistiche.

    Pulling crumpled parts apart is forbidden in Switzerland because the point of the crumple zone is lost in the process. The entire bodywork is compromised. These cars may look pretty again, but they are death-traps.

    • @xinxianshi
      @xinxianshi  Рік тому +1

      If the repair process compromises the integrity of the crumple zone, it indeed poses significant safety concerns. It's crucial for repair professionals to follow manufacturer guidelines and industry standards to ensure that the structural integrity and safety features of a vehicle, including the crumple zone, are preserved.
