The same thing happened to my Nissan Juke, which is the predecessor to the Kicks, a RV just missed my car going through a tollway gate, what happened next I didn't expect, the RV was towing a car and the trailer was wider the the RV, which meant the same dent happened to the Juke. I drove ahead and got the license of the car. The insurance tracked him down. I didn't even know I was in the crash afterward.

Desculpem o comentário. E é apenas um comentário, não tenho intenção de criticar ninguém. Mas vejam bem: provavelmente, quem pensa que tudo pode ser recuperado, não sabe que pessoas recuperam carros acidentados, colocam no seguro e jogam em um poste dando perda total e recebendo o valor do carro. Fraude. E nós que pagamos seguro, pagamos essa conta. Eu curto o vídeo, apenas porque já estive envolvido em restauração e gosto da técnica, mas nem tudo pode ser reparado por causa da segurança e nunca em hipótese nenhuma, ressegurado.
Também talvez não conhece a forma que o seguro funciona. Alguns carros, só pelo fato de abrir os airbags já tem perda total. Os airbags são muito caros. Quem recuperar não vai repor essas peças e o carro vira uma ratoeira.

@@xinxianshi I was surprised to see the pull on the interior part of the front rail made without protecting the rail, even with a piece of wood. At that time, I thougt the operator would replace the inside part of the front rail. But when I saw that he was beating this part to straighten it, I was puzzled. The internal part part is structural. Once this piece is bent, it looses its rigidity. It should have been replaced, or at least protected from beeing crushed when the first pull was made.

Hello, measurement work requires some experience. We usually pull the damaged part to its original size and compare it with the undamaged side by comparing the distance between two points. When the dimensions of both sides are consistent, we can cut off the damaged part, and then Put the new accessories on the car and compare them. If they match, you can draw a mark and cut the joints on both sides. Then repair some details and start welding. Great Job but how can you weld without welding goggles or am i missing something?
Yes, our master did not wear goggles when welding. Based on his experience, he quickly closed his eyes during welding to avoid being stabbed by the strong light, but we do not recommend this.
