Hi Kseniya! I love your videos, they are incredibly helpful. Just a heads up, a bunch of forms are ABOUT TO BE OBSOLETE this June 3rd. So if you'd like, you could make a couple videos about that so people can plan ahead, before they send the wrong package like I was about to. I had to change like 6 forms to the latest versions.

Hi Kseniya! I have a video idea since a lot of US citizens go overseas (Thailand and Philippines) and apply a K1 for their fiance a lot of beneficiaries are curious about what happens if the US citizen is abusive? What happens if the K1 VISA is issued and the beneficiary went to the US discovered that the petitioner was not a great man, left the US before 90 days. Can the beneficiary get married to another US citizen outside the United States or apply for another K1 or the USCIS will reject it?
If the beneficiary decides to marry another US citizen aside from the petitioner is it faster to get married to the other US citizen during the 90 day k1 visa window or is it better to get married outside the US (beneficiary's home country) If they decide to get married in the US during the 90 day window is the process faster than getting married outside the US (beneficiary's home country?)
This is a question asked a lot in reddit and nobody seem to answer it in detail and I am really hopeful that you have them!

Hi! Hope you can answer my question. Nvc is telling me to add my applicant who is my husband to the household. I have a joint sponsor too. Do I also need to attach the form I864A? Because when I try to add him it tells me to attach document and proof of relationship.

Thank you for this important video. I have the situation that the sponsor has not sufficient income but one sibling live together with the sponsor and make sufficient income. And sponsor's both parents who are also the intending immigrants live together with the sponsor and make sufficient income. In this case, Can sibling fill out the 864A ? Can both Parents (intending immigrants) combine their income? Should intending immigrant parents need to file 864A or just 864 combine income. Appreciate for your response.

Hi Ksenya, my husband is petitioner, I am a beneficiary, I am sending AOS packet for me soon and I-130 forms for his 3 and mine 2 children later (we are bringing them from abroad), I have a work permit and have income too (W2), both income is enough for 7 household members, even its more. His income is enough for 5 family members only. So, which forms we need to submit for my AOS packet? I 864 on his name and I 864A on my name, right? or one I 864 form enough? We just got married and have not filed taxes jointly yet.
For adjustment of status you don’t have to file I-864A but later during NVC you’ll have to fill out I-864A yes and provide your income and tax info
@@KseniyaInternational I live in the United States already so my case won’t be reviewed by NVC, right? And affidavit of supports should be sent with AOS as I know.

Because our children live abroad but we submitted I 130 form for his children, but not for my children yet, Do I need to count my children for my affidavit of support (For my AOS packet) and do I need to submit I 864A because my spouse’s income is not enough for all household members (his children plus my children)?
@@tinatinzivzivadze6742 you have to count all children and stepchildren yes. You don’t have to file I-864A for your own adjustment case but you’ll have to fill it out for your children’s adjustment cases.

Hi I applied for my child when I was a green card holder . She was 18yrs old . Case Was approved when she was 20yrs and doumentarily qualified then at NVC . Been waiting for over a year for interview date and now she is 21 . I just became a citizen . Will upgrading my case at NVC help expedite and does her turning 21 affect case filed as a child .

You may petition for them by filing the form I-130 but it will be another 15-20 years before you’ll be able to submit the rest of the documents, including financials.

They’re not required to be a citizen or a resident but they must demonstrate proper work authorization and tax returns
