Когда мой муж будет заполнять аффидавит I-864 на свою маму, нужно ли ему вписывать куда-либо информацию о том, что он учавствует в спонсировании моей мамы с формой I-864A? Надо ли мою маму учитывать в Household size или в Part 3 в аффидавите мужа на его маму, если моя мама все еще в процессе получения иммиграционной визы и не имеет Green card?

Again amazing stuff! For Part 3 question 1. I am the main petitioner and sponsor. I do have enough income to support my brother (intended immigrant) but not his now wife and 4 children. Do I select Yes for P3Q1? I will have only one joint sponsor outside of the household. Do they also have to select Yes on P3Q1? Or can they select No and the select Yes for P3Q2? Thank you

Do I need to submit I-864/A/EZ. There was no affidavit of support fee asked by NVC on the CEAC website. Help will be appreciated.

Does that child counts as a household member as well? (he doesn't claim his daughter as dependent on his income tax return)
Here is what the i864 instructions say: "Type or print the number of unmarried children you have who are under 21 years of age, even if you do not have legal custody of these children. You may exclude any unmarried children under 21 years of age, if these children have reached majority under the law of their place of domicile and you do not claim them as dependents on your Federal income tax returns."

It all depends on how many I-130s you’ve submitted. Are you a US citizen?
When being asked by NVC to replace I-864 what date should I sign with? I submitted this form with a date earlier than when I submitted, which was a later date in the same month.

I'm very confused with Part 4 of i-864EZ where it states: Add together Item Numbers 1.a-1.e and enter the number here. "This is your HOUSEHOLD SIZE for the purpose of this Form I-864EZ." .. If i add together my number would be 3 because on question 1.e if I have any dependents listed on my most recent Federal income tax, I enter 1 because i have my little sister who is here in the states and i have her as a dependent. I wanted to ask a question regarding if I can file the I-874ez AOS form. Do I need to be currently employed, even if I have sufficient income from the three most recent tax years?
You have to have sufficient income from most recent year. You can’t combine your incomes from all years. If you have savings, you can add them in the “assets” to supplement your income.

For tax year 2020 I haven’t filed a return yet because I had no income and also because my spouse doesn’t have a ssn, instead I filed for an extension hoping we’ll be in the US by Oct 15.
So for my most recent year I’m good, although on the form they are asking if I’m employed or not. What’s my best way around this situation? Thanks, I really appreciate you taking the time. God bless you
@@elijalev588 By most recent tax year USCIS means the tax year that is due, not the most recent that you have. if you indicate unemployed, you would need to find other ways to supplement your income or find a joint sponsor. See form instructions on page 12
Hello Kseniya, my mother-in-law (green card holder - petitioner) petition her husband and younger daughter (minor at that time) way back 2016. Her eldest daughter (which is my wife) filed I-864A as a joint sponsor because my mother-in-law income is not enough. Now, her husband and daughter has a upcoming interview this coming Dec 6, 2023 and i just found out in the CEAC website that we need to upload a new form I-864EZ before the interview. So what is going to happen to her original I-864 form if she submit the I-864EZ? Please respond, i would highly appreciate it.

I864EZ is only used if you’re using the sponsors income. Your wife will fill I864 and you will fill I864A. I have another video on reporting income on this form specifically

Yes based on the information you've provided, you can submit I864EZ.
And you are only required to submit most recent taxes (2020), the other two years are optional

Hi! My parents are living with me in the USA in the same household and I am the only sponsor for both of them, and have filed separate Form-130 for each of them. Do I have to include both of them in the household? Also I am filing a separate Form 1-864 for each as well so in each they both should be part of the total Household rite? great video. Thank you. I have a query though. I am the petitioner filing for both my parents. Since I need to file individual i-130s and individual i-864s, I have a doubt in Part 5 - Household Size. In each i-864, I am sponsoring only 1 person and there are no derivative applicants. So the household size is 2 in each application. However, I am filing 2 applications at the same time and sponsoring 2 persons. So should the household size be 3? Please note on the application of parent1, I can't include the other parent on item 6 since they aren't LPR yet.

But later we find that as my wife is living with her parents so they need to file i864a (contract between sponsor(my wife) and household(her Father)) . we know want to change the status to Joint sponsor to household. do you have any information on that what to do and how to do? cz there no place for deleting joint sponsor . we contacted nvc via public form with this issue. they have a backlog of 2 months on public inquiry form aswel.. we are badly stuck. really need help if you can do something
@@ahsanali50 then you’ll just have to fill out I864 for your wife and upload the I864A for her father. I don’t think there’s any way to delete the joint sponsor information but just provide them what they’re asking for.
Perhaps you can upload it in the unsolicited evidence or you can wait to get an RFE from them, which is not recommended but you can also mail these documents to the NVC if you can’t upload them.

I am now making preparations for filing I864. I am filing as a US citizen living in the Netherlands since 1978 yes, 1978. we will be moving to the states together after he receives his green card. My question at the moment is what do I put as my domicile in part 4, number 5, the Netherlands where I have lived for the last 47 years or the USA where we intend to live. Hello, the following page from the NVC talks about domicile requirements: travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/i-864-affidavit-faqs.html#aos18
You also need to answer questions factually exactly as they are now. If based on the information above you’ve determined that you’re not domiciled in the US, you have to answer that on the form. You do however have to show proof of intent to reestablish domicile (according to the resource).
