    My favorite homes you show is the ones with 3-4 stories and an attic area with the works 😊

    I love this. I would love the wood trim in the first room all the way through the house personally and the doors to match

    Master bathroom would be better if: 1-Shorten the long vanity. 2-Rotate water closet 90 degrees. 3-Lengthen shower allowing for 2 opposing shower heads.

      I was thinking that they could have put both vanities on the long one and had a nicer big tub - i like big tubs and i cannot lie hahaha

    Beautiful home, but am I in the small minority of people who are sick of kitchens with sinks on the island? The idea of being social around a kitchen sink sounds so uninviting...and also, I know this house is custom, so I wondered if the dining area and kitchen could be flipped so the kitchen has better access to the patio? And with that primary suite, I would turn those windows into french doors with access to a private terrace (and outdoor shower)...😍

    Is there no powered room for guests? Looks like they’d have to use one of the kids’ bathrooms

    Its a beautiful home but the garage is way too big. Id section off the kitchen end, turn it into a formal dining room and convert the corner pantry into a walk through butlers pantry.

    Front door Needs to be more solid and the living room fireplace looks unfinished with no hearthstone.

    That front door is not proportionate to the house. I am sure is 36” wide but still looks very simple

      I was thinking the same thing. Most of these homes have such tiny front doors or they’re all glass! I’m looking for a substantial front door for a change!

    I’m a bit underwhelmed…..the kitchen has too little counter space! Master suite isn’t as grand as I expected. Overall nice layout though.

    that's such an UNIMPORTANT looking door and you'd have to have curtains on it to feel secure. I hate that front door that any lowlife could just break into.

    • @gavinhassett479
      @gavinhassett479 Рік тому +9

      Agreed, that door should also be 2x as wide. It is out of scale with the rest of the house

    • @WaiferThyme
      @WaiferThyme Рік тому +3

      Agreed. Id honestly put some pretty wrought iron bars on the bedroom windows as well. Ground floor bedrooms just invite trouble.

      @mariebrooks875 Рік тому +1

      I agree the front door is out of scale with the rest of the front of the house. It should be wider, but I love the windows. If they’re not already break-proof glass, that would be an easy upgrade if you like the glass.

    The tour is better with the volume turned down. We don't need to be told what we can see with our own eyes. Consider talking only about things that aren't so obvious. No doubt, it would help your channel grow.

      Without the commentary, how will you know what's neat, pretty neat and pretty cool? You know what I mean?

    • @ms.one-town901
      @ms.one-town901 Місяць тому

      Speak for yourself. There are those of us that really enjoy the commentary. Tim had a great personality, he makes the video worth watching and I love the extra information he provides. If you don’t like it turn the volume down or move on to another persons page. It’s rather simple, instead of being rude! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤨🤔
