Could you ask her if the exterior stone is TX Limestone and if so, are there color choices so I would know what to ask for? I love this exact stone & am planning a custom build in NC that will also have natural stone on parts of the exterior. Thank you in advance!

I really like this house. Great exterior. Great floor plan and layout on the inside. The interior design was very nice too. All the bedrooms in their different areas are private with their own private bath. Main area was great design and would be awesome for big family gatherings at the holidays or the Super Bowl. Back yard design and layout looked awesome too. Overall one of the best homes I think I have seen on your channel. That builder did an awesome job!
Pro:. Loved the overall house. Floor plan is cleverly done and the fixtures in the various spaces work well. Absolutely fell in love with the kitchen, master bedroom, and theater room. Spot on colors and various wall textures make this home well worth purchasing. Con:. Do not like the narrow living spaces. They look cramped and almost as though they were an afterthought. Open up those narrow long spaces and this home would be a total winner in every way.😊
I love the beams and the angled ceilings. Also, it’s really nice to see the double stacked oven with the microwave in the kitchen there. I wish there was a window at eye height in the kitchen, but I love the home overall.

The drop for the shower is probably code, helps if there is a stopped up drain or septic. We have aerobic septic, and very clay-filled soils. A lot of long hallways = wasted square footage, you have to pay for that!
For me, lovely homes don't have stairs. They look magnificent and spacious, the perfect example being Frank Lloyd Wright's designs. Spacious, roomy, lots of storage, and in no way cramped. Room to live, spread out, hobby/craft rooms, work out room, and lovely kitchen, dining areas, and walk out spaces with beautiful views and manicured gardens.
