  • If someone would've told me 5 years ago I would end up doing this, there's a 100% chance I'm would not even amuse the thought lol. But man was this an experience!

Seeing three guys so focused with "Girls just wanna have fun" in the background made me laugh from the start! Way to go for challenging yourself Theo, you couldn't pay me to do this. I couldn't tell if you enjoyed it or not at the end of it ahah. Thanks for sharing!

I did one these in Faliraki, Rhodes year's ago. It was brilliant especially when they just dipped your head in the water, what a buzz it was. Best regards from the North East of England. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🇺🇸

I was 9 years old when I bunjee jumped for the first and last time. I didn’t fear heights before my jump, in fact the operator had me go out on the plank and I was as comfortable as I was on the ground and he said man I’ve never seen someone so comfortable first time and you’re a damn kid! I jumped and I instantly experinced the worst fear I’ve ever had , that free fall feeling , the same falling feeling you expeirnce in nightmares when fall off a height in a dream. I closed my eyes and truly believed I was going to splat on the ground. The amount of time I’d felt like I was falling felt like eternity , that’s why I thought they forgot to connect me . Feeling it jerk slowly to dead still just before shooting back up on the rebound I thought thank God it’s over , open my eyes just as it shoots me upward clear back up near the drop point and when you slow to the highest point where you’re completely still, not moving up or down for a second , the sensation of not touching anything, my legs, feet, arms trying to grasp or stand or soenthing but can’t was a feeling I vividly remember today, then of course the second drop after rebound you experince it all over again . Like I said I’d never been afraid of heights before and didn’t realize what jsut happened , I’d just unlocked a fear. That weekend I was up early on a Saturday and I LOVED climbing these 2 trees in our yard that were the tallest trees in our city , I’d sneak out and up the tree as my mom hated me doing it because I was still so young and I’d go up as high as I could until the branch would begin to bend , then back down a foot or 2 and jsut stand up theee looking at the rooftops and mountains from a Birds Eye view. I shot right up the tree as always and when climbing I was looking up the whole way up picking branches etc. was normal and then it began to bend and I looked down to see if I was around the height I’d usually go but the moment I looked down I got that light headed feeling , vision closed in when I realized I somehow got quite a bit higher than normal and the fire pole like diameter of the branch that high I panicked and wrapped my arms and legs around it as tight as I could terrified and it slowly started bending outward like a tree tipping over but the angle it was falling was going right between branches , nothing to stop me it felt like it got to maybe 30 degree angle out dangling me over the ground and the angle made my body slip around the branch so my back was to the ground hanging on for dear life . The same terror I felt on that jump was stuck in me , I couldn’t even yell for help I was so scared . I couldn’t think. Have no idea how long I was up there praying for someone to see me , felt like hours . My arms were shaking fatigued thighs too and there was nothing I could do until as my grip weakened I literally started sliding down the branch like a fire pole , realizing that’s all I had to do all along lol. My slide got faster as I had no strength left and the trunk diameter getting biggger the lower I get till it was too big and I was too fast falling from the tree 15-20’ , thst fall feeling and I either passed out or got knocked out hitting the ground becasue I dont remember anything from when I I free feel not touching to tree to waking up on my back in the grass hearing a muffled female voice but couldn’t hear it well enough. My body felt not right , I went to lift my head to turn it to try to see who’s yelling that muffled yell but when I engaged my neck muscles to lift my head off the ground it didn’t lift a millimeter till I felt a stab like sharp pain in my neck that felt SO wrong, bad , that I started panicking and was terrified to move when my friends mom appeared over me she yelled did you fall out of the tree ????? I couldn’t speak open my mouth she later told me that was the most scared she’s ever been when she saw me sprawled out not responding and eyes she said were in a terrified wife panicked look . She thought I broke my back. Turned out to be a stinger , temporary paralyzation and concision. I began having falling nightmares , nightmares bunjee jumping but seeing I didn’t attach for years after that and today I am very aware I have a severe fear of heights triggered by 2 traumatic events lol , hope yours isn’t worse

That's how it starts. When you turn 50, you will do like Matti here; jump from 50 meters into a lake as a charity event for the children with cancer, while 5000 spectators chant your name. Obviously you can't back down, even if the weather is too windy, you might injure yourself and in the process traumatize the children in the audience: "Matti Myllymäki - Pellehyppy 50 metristä". Other possibility is to buy a sketchy-looking parachute and a dirt bike, build a large ramp on the riverside and jump with that bike over the treetops into that river. Naturally you will wear helmet, because safety first: "Antti Pendikainen Motocross Base Jump from 40m". If in hindsight the height for that jump was a bit too low. And hey, no parachute, no pain in the junk: "Skydiving Without Parachute - Antti Pendikainen".

I can not say that looked fun at all. Worst bungee set up I have ever seen. Awkward fall, just bad, totally just bad bad bad. Do not recommend. CAC, hope you didn't pay for that abysmal jump. I'm surprised you are not badly injured. Survive what you have in life to be taken out by 3rd rate crappy bungee would be tragic.
