👋 Background info on myself: I am a prior Marine infantryman currently serving in the Army. I've been through specialized Close Quarter Battle training, security guard training, subterranean warfare course, urban surveillance training, foreign weapons training, helicopter insert/extract master, as well as numerous training with other militaries and their equipment.

The saddest thing is that Azov cannot receive American aid because of russian propaganda and a law that was passed by Congress many years ago
they are now the 3rd Assault Brigade, which is an official part of the Ukrainian Military which means they get their fair share of aid

Have anyone noticed that's video made by Mr. Frostovik? His author of popular video from surrended Mariupol. He was captured in May 2022 in Mariupol and returned in Ukraine in September. Just google how exhausted he was. But after more than year of treatment he returned to Azov.

I think they are in the kremina forest area which looks more like toothpicks after all the bombardment.
That's like a huge forested area covering two Ukrainian oblasts - Kharkiv and Luhansk.

Proper heroes take me hat off 2 each and every 1 of them, they were kicking ass, rolling fast and quick,soon as 1 off there boys gets WIA everything changed straight away in2 rescue mode even in those circumstances, leave no1 behind, gives me goosebumps

10:30 The net on the back of the optic is to stop the light from the scope showing on his face in the dark, it helps disperse the light around to stop his face from glowing up at longer distances in the dark. It will still show at closer ranges, but helps at the longer distance.

Early to Mid 90s we would train for this using PAC4s and PVS 7s, 82nd Airborne.
8:25 Trophy russian "Pecheneg" machine gun with the operator. They are issued like to the best ruski troops like paratroopers or spetsnaz GRU.
I can truly say a stroboscopic flashlight is disorientating as hell. Imagine being OPFOR and you get greeted by a strobe light using NODs, you can't see shit and your eyes just stop working. I swear I was unable to see clearly for a good solid minute or two after that. My pupils must have contracted so much that I literally wasn't getting enough light inside my eyes to see properly and yes, I was a little afraid I had some sort of eye damage after that but I was fine afterwards.
The net on the back of the thermal might be to keep light from getting out.

Is it okay to wear colored armbands or ribbons to identify yourself in combat? I did this when I was playing War Games. Because there are many different combat equipment and uniforms in both teams. But it would be weird to use in a real war. Camouflage is used to hide from enemy sight, but these colored things make soldiers easier to spot.

How much ammo do these guys carry
I've seen a couple interviews of guys that are/were in the Foreign Legion saying that in addition to their standard loadout that's on their vests, etc, that they load down their assault pack with 12-15 more mags and extra grenades when attacking those dug-out trench positions. So like 600rd and 6-8 frags, which would be what, 30lb of just mag/ammo weight, and grenades alone. Though I'm thinking of USGI aluminum mags of 5.56 that are right at 1lb loaded. I assume the 5.45 mags weigh a bit more? Idk, never owned a 5.45 but they look bigger/bulkier. Plus they're using about a dozen different types of grenades, so who knows what the average weight of those actually are (never gotten to play with Soviet grenades, unfortunately, lol)

Azov possibly the best Ukraine military force. But thay don`t get any Us or Europe military support. I`m not sure why, but it`s looks like some joke. Maybe European and American politicans don`t wanna support them because russian propaganda, but anyway i never gonna understand it

But tell us watching your content what you think of this. US has a lot of veterans it seems, for like 40-ish years of "war". Iraq, Afganistan and other hot spots. Was this wars USA waged during all this years like this one in Ukraine? To me, the guys aka soldiers ❤ in Ukraine fight for all that is right. And they have done so in 2+ years now. With Sovjet weapons, now Nato weapons. They change, adopt and move on. Is this similar to anything you learned US vets did to? My feeling is that US troops went on special ops for the wrong reasons, money or oil. Or both. I mean no disrespect to a fellow soldier ❤ but the politicians and the people electing them, hmmm

I find Ir Flashlights and lasers are😮 pointless unless your opposition doesn't have night vision. If the opposition's night capabilities are similar, I would rather just have normal white light hurts the eyes and does the same job with or without nods.
