- Happy Halloween everyone! This year I wanted to dress up as the genderbent version of my favorite character from the musical "Ride the Cyclone", Jane Doe! Since I was dressing up as her genderbent counterpart, John Doe, I figured I'd sing her song while I'm at it! This is a really musically challenging song, with some really high notes, so I hope you all truly enjoy! This is such a wonderful song and I'm so glad to get to share it with you all! What y'all don't realzie is that the lyrics swap actually makes the song harder to sing at the end
Holding "Jane" is easier than holding "John" bc of the vowel ("y" sound vs "oh" sound. Try it if you don't believe me)

I spent a lot of time on this, going over the sheet music for the backing vocals and learning it all- I appreciate you so much and I’m glad you like it!! Also, thank you so much for noticing the octave jump! I really wanted to make it jarring when it happened, and I figured that’s the place to do it!! I’ll be doing plenty more covers in the future, but if you have any suggestions or requests, I’d love to hear them out!
