People like Stone Cold Steve Austin respect anyone who has the balls and the passion for wrestling to ask him amd others for advice.
That's why he spent that long talking.
So many of the pups in modern day wrestling think they know better than the greatest wrestlers of all time and are too egomaniacal to ask veterans for advice.

Stone Cold had Shane on his podcast and asked him if he was disappointed when he took his ball and went home. Stone Cold said it in kind of a joking way “hey man were you mad at me” and I thought Shane response was a bit rude saying Austin let so many people down and a lot of people helped him. Almost like he was still bitter and this was damn near 15 years ago plus Shane left the damn company for how ever many years it was so who is he to talk. Shane’s response could of been better I thought.
So MAYBE that’s why Stone Cold was purposely ignoring him. Stone Cold was 100% right about not wanting to job to Lesnar in a KOR qualifying match on Raw. Stone Cold at that point shouldn’t have even been in KOR tournament because thats for up and comers to win and get a push. Not veterans much less biggest star ever.
Seriously? Shane left the company professionally, SCSA did not. There is a *big* difference. No one saw Shane leaving as him leaving WWE high and dry.
What a great story. I love when people are that passionate about what they do.
Steve Austin is old school, he also knows that he was one of the reasons WWE didn’t went bankrupt, that’s why he ignored Shane

@@SiriusV21 technically……they beat the Hart Foundation at a show where the top rope broke infamously. Instead of fixing the rope, and then continuing the match…. They had a horrible match with no top rope….. Vince hated the way it turned out, decided never to air it, to act like it never happened and put the belts back on the Hart Foundation. There’s pictures and everything of the, winning… Google The Rockers Tag Champions or The Rockers vs Hart Foundation Tag Championship or Broken Top Rope, you’ll see. Such a shame. That would have given Shawn some sort of record for Tag Title runs with different partners lol

Enzo was good enough.. there has been worse + no charisma. Plus the fact is wrestling doesn't sell at all, what sells are the superstars and their personalities. And Enzo has more charisma and personality than the whole WWE/AEW roster
