Clearly he has some insight, fair enough. But seriously, the guy sounds like he is a bit of a pompous arrogant ass to be honest. I’m all for confidence, but humility can and is also something that I would argue is just as important, a trait that I just found lacking. He admitted he was bullied for the bulk of his life. She did not know what to say, other than your own script. Perhaps she now knows how to speak without a script? Is she gaining in her own empowerment and knowledge? Is she going to continue this battle, detaching herself from the outcome? Is she willing to approach this for experience? Lessons and opportunities which you are doing? Are you willing to go to prison should they decide to incarcerate you? And if so, for how long? How challenged are you by the courts? Or is it the folks who come to you for your script?
Fantastic interview if you can take it at face value for what it is. These are two people that are trying their best to navigate a cruel, confusing and complicated world by having dialogue in the hopes to exchange ideas and come up with some solutions instead of wallowing in the mire. The more people that decide to actually take action in their lives to move towards change the better things will become. Too many of us are sat waiting for a saviour instead of doing the work to realise that we are here to save ourselves.
Spot on! I'm working very hard to undo all the adhesion contracts I've unknowingly gotten myself into throughout the years. I always tell people the first step in freeing yourself is realizing that you are NOT the all caps name. It’s taken as your will and because you put a written notice before their court it’s now in their records ( case) and you expressing the same statement of your will. ( never change a word or add a word or take away a word as if written in stone)
Remember your entering into their paper world of legal persons , stop using one tongue mouth, put one’s words on paper as a notice before the court. ( never get in to a oral battle with these people you will never win within their system of legalese language),
Your words only come through the written form and never oral that way it stays on the record which you will get and use at your court when you have the man summoned to appear and answer on the witness stand.
Learn to write simple notices and keep the words down to 10- 30 words that express what it’s is you require.

Well the only actual rules he spoke of was the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and that's freely available on the government legislation website.

The police never come with a "Bench Warrant," they will say they have one, but, when questioned, they will say it is in the court, and we "Must Realise," the paperwork is the court. And with that "Bench Warrant," they "Must be someone Who Makes The Claim, with an affidavit," so we can hold them to account for their actions, the one bring the claim and they only make complaints which can be "Rescinded".
Talking about that young woman what she should do, is get "Bench Warranted" sit in the cell, and "Silence is Golden, and Speech is Silver," when called to court, do not respond and say anything because when she called, the police move out of the area nowhere to be seen, and the court security take over and she has no contract with them until she answer to the name.
The Administrator (the clerk of the court" would see she is forced and not come of her own free will, and she could say, "I am a woman, and here involuntary" sit down or fall to the ground and not say another word. They are not allowed to mam; handle anyone, has the man speaking said, when saying to security "Do put your hands on me because he can sue with a "Claim of tresspass against property and I." The judge only told him to get him out of there, not put his hands on a man.

When doing our documents, we register mail back to ourselves, so we keep the "Original," and send them a copy, because when we put the registered mail in a strip that is 6mm wide 30mm-40mm long on the top of the "Original," back to ourselves to prove it has been through the postal system, then on its return, scan and copy keep the "original" for our records, and send them a copy, because if we sent them the "Original they would overstamp taking over the court.
Now, if it's their document, I would do it in blue ink. As they are only sending us a copy, I would scan a copy to both a computer and a paper copy to prove I have returned it, only in case they try to commit postal fraud.
Men/women are the keepers of their own records, easy to handle if the case arises, at a later date, no arguing with the Postal Service knowing how to be the Post Master of our own, documents and the media between the law and legal system. The postmaster general knows the Postal law, as do judges/Barristers/etc as they do not want to end up in prison. Yes, in blood on our documents, as we keep them in our records office, and the copy that is sent is a copy with no blood on it, but their documents have blue ink

You are a ward of the court, and you are in the custody of the judge. Custody means the Judge owns you for the duration of the proceedings. Remember, every interaction with the government is a trust. The judge is the trustee of your person trust. He has to provide value/perform. You are the beneficiary and executor. You must tell him this and quickly provide the remedy. Issue the judge to settle this matter immediately and to setoff the mortgage debt of your person trust that you administer for the King.

When I asked the magistrate to recite their oath on and for the record so that I would know what Lawful jurisdiction we would be operating under.
The clerk screamed "get out, get out" I was then physically thrown out of the court building, then a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear was issued, then I had North Wales Police kicking my doors in and hounding me and my family for over 4 months.

Richard, as ever most of us are very appreciative of the work you are doing - bringing awareness and sharing insights and information. Whilst Master Mike imparted interesting insight, sadly he also came across as a tad contemptuous towards those who have asked him for help ( the mimicry I thought completely unnecessary).
