    A piece of glue backed carpet 2'X12' (measurements vary) rolls into an animal sized torso (tie with 550 cord). Inexpensive, weather resistant, easy pull and transport, hang from branch or lay on ground. Re-roll starting with the used outside end to completely refresh for 1000s more arrows. My 50# recurve seldom penetrates more than 2-3 layers using bullet points. Sharp field tips go though 3-4 layers.
    Rubber backed carpet black stains arrow due to friction/heat.

    Beauty of this target is that from 15 yards the size of the vitals and the ten ring work out to be proportionally about the same as shooting a full-size target from 25 yards. 15 yards is 60% of 25 yards and the vitals and ten ring are pretty close to 60% of the size of a full-size 3-D target. I have a small deer and a turkey that are relatively the same size so I have a three animal 3D range in the basement. The coyote has held up very well. I’ve probably shot close to 1000 arrows into it to date.

      Really good observation and important for people with shorter ranges

    Love mine. Have had it for many years. My dog ate the Yote's nose but still works great!

      It’s pretty small. Do you feel it helps you shoot better? What distance do you shoot it at?

    • @Cardinal7Syn
      @Cardinal7Syn Рік тому

      @Archery Geek I shoot all distances in-between 5 to 20 yards.

      @@ArcheryGeek and yes. It definitely helps shooting at small targets. Love mine!

    great video. might i suggest with regards to your 3D target stand, try cutting the lengthwise bar and inserting a smaller bar inside. maybe drill some holes through an use a bolt or dowel to lock the distance after you expand/contract the 2 ends to match whatever target you want to use. this would make the stand more versatile for using with different sized targets.

    For anyone watching , find these new “ blemished” and you’ll pay under 100 for it . Got mine for 70 “ blemished “ and it’s really a lot of fun. By far my most challenging to hit because of its small size . These look great on the outdoor range ! I colored in the coyotes eyes with a permanent marker and it came to life !! Not really haha. Love rinehart products ! Cool review man 👍🏼
