Excellent Roger. Two simple Gimp lessons providing great results. I found that having the grain horizontal makes s big difference to vertical also. Wish I had room in my little workshop for a screen like yours. Thanks look forward to your next video.
Barely getting into some ideas for photo laser engraving no idea how to market myself yet but the title of this video sounds really good ! Appreciate the knowledge shared here :)
really enjoy watching you vlogs.. my only point would be when you set up a job you talk us through but you for example say "we will change that to 100" but what you dont say is what youre changing 100 too... what I mean is you are expecting us to see what you are seeing on your monitor, it gets really confusing for us to keep up with you... other than that, I really enjoy your videos... thank you for posting them
quick question. i am very new to this, i will like to introduce this product in my flowershop, and was wondering what device/machine to buy if possible in amazon. or is a laser thing?
Good day Roger. Thank you for all your detailed videos on engraving photos/images. They are all very informative and has helped me a great deal. I am just struggling with one pencil sketch image that does not seem to come out very good when I follow the steps in this video. Could you please help me?
you are looking at around £3000 to get something that will do what you want it to do.... Also make sure you have enough space as these machines are big.... very big
Roger, I have a 100 Watt Chinese laser. What kind of numbers should I be looking on a mA meter. I can only get 32.0 at maximum wattage. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

Hi, I had this machine custom made to my design, the engineering company that made it is no longer in business. I cannot recommend a specific machine or manufacturer, but in my videos, I give you all the information to make an informed decision. PS. don't run your laser at 100% approx 90% max, you can damage your tube.

Roger Webb yes sir👍🏼
What happen at 18:57 to cause the laser not to burn the image the same? Its not the wood or a veneer joint, looks like a power change.
Merry Christmas and happy new year to you and your family
@@rogerwebb9600 What?! That isn't a response to my question...
