- The bite was on right from the start! We hit the Charleston jetties at high tide hoping for Spanish, but got into a massive school of big blues. All fish were caught on Z Man plastics with Eye Strike jig heads.

Never heard of bluefish anything , much less dip? I imagine about like a smoked stripped bass or the nastiest one there is the famous Salmon . There is no rub or the magic e Old Bay can kill the taste
