There is a BIG difference between power level of The One Above All and the Living Tribunal. The Living Tribunal is a comic book character. The One Above All is the comic book representation of the comic book writers themselves.
Well yeah, since they're the writer's and can make the story however THEY want, they are like God in a way

This is one of the things I hate about comics, characters like this who are suppose to have set roles in the MCU who end up being over thrown or defeated by other characters because writers are constantly one-upping each other. It makes it all confusing and messy..

I think you made a small mistake here. When the LT shows his face to She-Hulk it is his 3rd face, Necessity, not his hypothetical 4th. He calls it his hidden face because it is completely shrouded. He tells the Silver Surfer that he could have had a 4th face but that he actually does not.
Jake Milan I read the She-Hulk comic and yeah, it was pretty clear that there were three faces!
In one of the silver surfer comics I read Living Tribunal hints that the stranger may be its fourth face?

This is my favorite intro ever
When I first heard about The Living Tribunal and saw his design, I thought he was really cool. Oh wow he's the 2nd strongest character in Marvel! That's awesome until I found out he was killed twice, needed to ask for help from Molecule Man to stop Pre-Retcon Beyonder, needed help dealing with Protege and lost to Thanos when he had the heart of the universe.

There is no fourth face. The face of neccesity is one of the three faces and it is always masked. He only uncovered that shroud to show the face to she-hulk.

Such crap as soon as LT died all of the Multi-verse should have collapsed. Same deal with the universe dying as soon as the Beyonders killed the abstracts. Infinity and Eternity state they are actuality which means if they die the universe collapses. And the Beyonders battling the abstracts makes no sense. The Beyonders (who can't time travel) would have to have been going to every universe for eons to destroy all of the abstracts from all over the Multi-verse. Another pointless task if they could just kill LT.

Naw. The Living Tribunal makes it clear that the One Above All is far beyond himself, and even saying that they're near is kind of considered blasphemous , he even admit there's only ONE above him. In their perspective they wouldn't notice the power because it's beyond there's but for the Tribunal he knows the difference and knows he cannot exceed it.
BUt it's not his 4th faces that she look at I Think,It look like he show her the face of necessity,he reveal this face but it's not a 4th one

towards the end when you were comparing the powers of the one above all vs the living tribunal ,you touched on a fairly common concept in mathematics especially at the undergrad level.What is the difference between infinty and infinity*2?.In many cases inifity just refers to a very,very large number, and while one of those numbers may be bigger than the other, they are both still extremely large numbers, and is some contexts be considered as equivalent.
They both are theoretically infinite. However, it seems like TOAA has a Ctrl Alt Delete button for LT.
Otherwise it's for the sake of plot.

I think the One Above All has power over the entire Omniverse (all universes, marvel or otherwise) but The Living Tribunal only has powers over the Marvel Megaverse (all marvel multiverses)

I like this one and the OAA video. Keep it up. You could do more on the cosmic entities (Order & Chaos, Love & Hate, etc). Also explain what you meant by "the LT could have had the face of the Stranger".
He's saying neither of them is quantifiable in any meaningful way. If both could wipe out the universe, then there's no 'difference' in their level of power that anyone can measure or should care about.

When it comes to the Living Tribunal vs. the One Above All, power isn't even really a factor at their extreme scale. If both are omnipotent and omniscient on an omniversal scale, then it stands to reason that both are equally powerful. The One Above All being "above" the Living Tribunal isn't a matter of his being more powerful, it's a matter of his being unreachable. If I thought up an omnipotent and omniscient character, I would still be above him, because I exist in a position where I decide his actions and orchestrate his experiences. That isn't power, it's just a consequence of the position I hold in creating something within a fictional environment of my own design. The One Above All is not only not more powerful than the Living Tribunal, but for all we know, he could be no more "powerful" than your average guy off the street. But he occupies a position of influence that allows him perfect control over everything in this fictional omniverse, and seeing as the Living Tribunal operates within the omniverse of fiction, and not from without it as the One Above All does, then that makes him subordinate.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe needs to introduce both of these two immortals(Living Tribunal & One Above All) to the global audience. Its as if The Living Tribunal is like more than just a GOD who has the power of Judiciary which he can use at any point of a crisis or cosmic imbalance taking place in the Marvel multiUniverse.

Why didn't TOAA help the Living tribunal fight the beyonders?
Because it was only a Multiversal threat not an Omniversal threat because then he would get in the way since Multiversal threats are for The Living Tribunal to deal with while TOAA deals with Omniversal threats that are too great for even LT to take on.

Well he only comes when something stands within the cosmic balance... when theres "good" theres "EVIL", when there are "smart" people there are "IDIOTS", where there are people with "normal sized hands" there are people with "BABY HANDS", and when there are "people who except people for who THEY are" and not from the actions of the rest of their ethnicity/culture/birthplace and then there are "RACIST ASSHOLES" like Trump.... so its still a balance but im sure most of us wouldnt mind if the scale was tipped a bit on this one

Hmm, my guess is that the obscurity of where it came from was somewhat intentional to grab interest of whoever wants to know its source (particularly the comic book issue it was in). This was a lead-up explanation to the Infinity Gauntlet storyline videos that he did much later after he uploaded this one. Think of the thumbnail as an indirect tease to what became of The Living Tribunal much later on in future publications for intrigued people to go and search the comic book issue(s) it can be found in.
Beyonder, Protege, Scathan, Thanos HOTU and Molecule Man are all above the LT out of Marvel characters.

You are wrong. Thanos with the HOTU already beat the Living Tribunal, so did Protege who was immediately defeated by Scathan, therefore using ABC logic Scathan is also more powerful than the Living Tribunal. Also, PR Molecule Man was stated multiple times to be more powerful than everything in the Universe except the Beyonder, in fact LT along with the abstracts asked Molecule Man to fight Beyonder for them. Also, none of these characters are limited to the 616 Universe, these guys are all Multiversal.
TOAA, Thanos HOTU, Beyonder, Molecule Man, Scathan, Protege > LT.

MarvelExplained - Videos on Marvel Comics and Films As far as molecule man and the beyonder, the secret wars 2, series 1 -6, says that molecule man and beyonder are greater then living tribunal and talks about the cosmic entities. These events while still canon are highly retconned.
