He now voices old heavy.
Heavy's VA's main takeaway being "now I know what it's like to be schizophrenic" is so funny and somehow accurate to tf2 gameplay

It's downright adorable that not only did the players decide to use their (voice actors) classes because they knew who they were, but each of them has their own medic just pocketing them. Like they each had one person who decided that the voice actors needed to be protected at all costs and I love it.
The fact that John's regular voice is basically already the Sniper is freaking uncanny to me
He lays the accent more thcik when acting. But the guy he plays in half life 2 is closer to his normal voice

I love how they also kinda portray how the characters would play, like Spy trying to play the game as it should be, and Heavy just trying to kill anyone he sees
the REAL struggle here is to hear your own recordings repeated at an insane amount of times
a little note to you, Your voice sounds good to your ears cuz it can hear low frequency well. But to others everybody hears basicaly what the recording gives.

Yeah but obviously due to aging their voice changed a bit, but they still sound exactly like 2007 just aged.
Gary has such a huge voice, and surprisingly so does Robin - he had a bit there where he went a bit deeper and I was like holy shit! They all have amazing pipes on them and I wish I could listen to them all, all day, every day.

i think when they first started to get back into doing the voices, a few of them were a bit rusty - you could see that gary hadn't done demo in a long time. but now? they've done it so much recently, it's right back where it was so long ago
