i already knew about the hi score girl dash manga but i hear its good but i wish they would have have done some something with haruo and hidaka i know its supposed to be a about him and ono but i wish it went something like makoto going to haruos house to tell him ono had just recently met her predetermined husband and she seems to really like him this ends up making him sad and after some progression ends up getting together with hidaka but ono and haruo dont feel right when they are in these relationships with their partners so haruo then ventures all the way to los angeles to get together with ono of course this is assuming they are already out of high school and are living around the same areas but even if it was short lived i wish they were together for a little because in a way i always hoped they would get together (lol this so unrelated to the comment)

Koharu is crying tears of Playstation ... in all honesty this is pretty cool and sort of reflects on Season 1 opening with the spinning around and people poking their heads off the cabinets sequences. How the opening starts is similar but different to the first opening. I think this one feels and sounds a little bit more mature which make sense as Haruo is developing his feelings for Akira Ono further this time around and both love interests are now aware of each other's affection towards Haruo. Funny how the opening and ending songs are done by the same respective artists as the first season. I like the sort of details in Hi Score Girl that people tend to not give credit for. I'm surprised at how many weird obscure games they cram in it even if it's by reference only and that all the game capture are in 60 fps. Even though the moving models are in CG, the backgrounds are done in a pastel digital 2D format like something in a children picture book. Also the CG isn't that bad compared to other CG TV anime series. The camera is also something that people do not seem to notice. It sometimes goes cinematic in terms of how it moves like in the first series, where you see Haruo and Akira as elementary children standing on a road on top of a hill with a sunset and how it pans from Akira's close up shot to down the hill into a fade like some sort of movie or the panning transition from Haruo talking to his mom in a telephone booth to Akira sitting down. There are other cool camera moments too but these are the ones that sort of impress me because of how smooth they are. Also the sound details is pretty great. There was a great lighting effect they did when Koharu was giving Haruo a Christmas present as a car passes by with its headlights reflecting on Koharu. There was also a moment when Akira was facing outside of the candy shop as i the bright sun was shining on Akira with the sounds of cicadas as you see Akira's eyes express sadness before fading to white.
@@dapperfan44 I just really enjoy this series so I would just notice these things. It's a good 24 episode series and I don't usually watch rom com anime nor do I watch CG ones.

Não tem o que colocar numa terceira temporada, a menos que o mangaka continue a série...
This really touched me. reading the manga during the pandemic and then watch the anime after that. It left a huge void in my heart that cause me stop watching anime for a while. I really love Hi Score Girl damn it. This one of those show that will left a mark in you. Just finished rewatching it and it still hits. If only i can erase this to my memory and experience it all over again. Such a masterpiece.

This is a really special anime for me. I was born in 98 so I basicly missed all the hype so this anime lets me ryde the hype I never got to experience. And for an anime to be able to do that is mindblowing!
Goddammit I hate how good this anime was. Makes me feel super sad every time I see something related to this. Wish it would have never ended. Hope The Dash manga would get animated as well, because getting back to reading stuff has kind of been hard.
